Have bought twice from this store. Both times the customer service has been great, not pushy but very helpful and you're left to take your time to decide which mattress is best for your needs.

Fantastic customer service. We purchased really nice kids wooden bunk beds a year ago which we were very pleased with. Moving house so we called to see if the original guys that put them together could return to help us , nothing was a problem for them. Would recommend going to Beds R Us Bankstown

Mark was very friendly, helpful, patient and professional when selling a mattress to suit my needs. He understood when I asked about if my sheets would fit the high sides and assisted me with a time of delivery that suited me the best.

Best service and product experience I ever had. Sayed in Bankstown went above and beyond to make sure we get the best suited mattress without pushing like some of the usual sales techniques used out there in the industry. We received the mattress made and delivered within the promised time frame, Sayed called the day prior to delivery and every thing was sweet. We did spend a bit more that what we originally wanted to but was worth every cent. I usually do not look forward to going to bed and now enjoy sleeping more than I ever have.

Staff member Sayed went above and beyond to honour his word on the delivery timeframe of my purchase.
When the delivery driver was not available he took it upon himself to delivery my mattress after hours. Very trustworthy and I am so delighted with my mattress. Thanks Sayed !

Had the kids waking up each night and hopping in to our Queen bed, which was too small (for the whole family) and a horrible make.
