We worked with Loretta at Coco Republic to help us style our newly renovated home, the process from start to finish was flawless.
From the initial consultation with Loretta, to the final installation, we couldn’t have been happier with end result. Loretta really took the time to make sure the colour pallet and the furniture that was picked was just perfect for the style of our home, this also included outdoor areas that also needed some attention.
She really took the time to understand what we wanted to transform the spaces in our home.

I have purchased a number of items from the Castle Hill store over the last twelve months and have been very pleased with the quality of the products. Cassie in particular always provides lovely, very professional service.

Visited the store to find some pieces for my new space today and had a great experience with Leanne. She was super friendly and recommended a dining table and sideboard that I think will match with the rest of my furniture beautifully. Will definitely be back!

Excellent and friendly service while trying to fit out my apartment. The advice was wonderful, and they were really helpful showing me how to turn my living space into a true retreat from the office - after Covid adjustments at home, going home became to feel like I was going back to work.

Leanne was knowledgeable and helpful. She was a happy, polite person willing to sit and discuss our vision for our house. She kindly followed up with us, extending out our quote and leaving our information with a colleague during her absence. Whilst she did follow up, she was unintrusive and polite. We did not feel pressured to make a decision.

Tracey and all the staff at Castle Hill have been wonderful everytime my husband and I go in to make a purchase.
The store and products are beautiful and the staff are professional and lovely to deal with.
Whilst we initially recieved a damaged lounge and bar cabinet, the concierge team were great in assisting us with our replacement goods. We understand these things happen and not everything always goes to plan, but with a little bit of patience and understanding from our end coco republic did not dissapoint. Tracey and Gabriella were wonderful in assisting with all of this, their customer service is exemplary and they are definitely an asset to the company.
I'd also like to say Diana from Client Services customer service skills are wonderful and I'd hate for her efforts regarding my orders to go unnoticed.
You can have beautiful products but without a wonderful team such as this customers won't come back. We continue to come back because of the products and service provided.
