Got a custom-made lounge, TV unit and Display unit made from Custom Designs a few months ago for my apartment.. Great quality and reasonably priced. Have received a lot of compliments from my friends. It was a pleasure interacting with Som, who was very accommodating and helpful. Recommend visiting the Castle Hill store if you are after some good quality custom furniture. They have a lot of design and fabric options.

We had been searching in many places over different parts of Sydney to find the dining table and chairs that we were happy with. We found what we wanted at Custom Design Castle Hill. Brad was absolutely terrific and helpful with us and kept us in the loop with our order. Our dining set arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. Good quality and looks amazing in the house. I highly recommend going and talking with Brad. Beautiful furniture and excellent service.

Last year, the team at Custom Designs helped me choose and order a lounge suite and some timber furniture. I was very pleased with the quality and I decided to go back this year for a matching dining suite. Upon delivery, we discovered that the dining table was too large to fit through my front door! However, the team at Custom Designs swiftly arranged a solution. The table was returned to the manufacturer who took the table apart, delivered it again and reassembled it inside my unit. Thank you Custom Designs.

We recently bought our second lounge from here and were assisted by Brad. Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Product quality is great. Nothing was an issue for our custom order. Will definitely be recommending.

The customer service I experienced from every one of their staff at Castle Hill was exceptional. I stupidly ordered our corner couch the wrong way. They called the maker, it was picked up timely and dropped off all fixed within 48hrs. Not to mention the quality of the couch is amazing. Thank you Custom Designs!!

Such a pleasant experience shopping here today. We ordered a beautiful special size Coogee Modular Sofa in zepel (velvety) fabric a few months ago. It was delivered as promised. The fabric feels amazing, so comfortable to seat on, it’s a great size, perfectly placed in our living room, plus it looks so elegant.

We had a great experience with our purchase, Jenny who took our order was helpful and patient. We also received a few cushions to match the sofas.

We were also pleased with the manager Som who quickly responded with our issue when the sofas were delivered, by coming into our house the next day to fix the minor gap issue at the back of the sofas.

Overall, we’re pretty satisfied with our purchase and will come back again into this shop. We recommend this shop based on our recent shopping experience.
