It’s always nerve wracking making a big ticket purchase online, however my experience with Bay Gallery Furniture has been exceptional. From the moment I purchased I was contacted to confirm receipt of order and an expected delivery date. The week leading up to delivery I was contacted to confirm the date and that I would be contacted by the driver. The driver promptly called me and confirmed details. Turned up on time, was very friendly and provided instructions and care suggestions. The whole process has been a pleasure and will definitely look to purchase from them again.

Product was easy to order, delivered quickly & was as pictured/described on the site. People delivering were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly purchase from United House Furniture again & recommend them to friends.

I accepted delivery today of an outdoor lounge set and the boys were extremely accommodating to my needs. There was no trouble with them bringing the furniture in and putting it where it’s required and they did it all with a smile and friendly disposition! Thanks so so much!

I was extremely impressed with buying thru United house furniture Sydney online store. From the minute I clicked the button to purchase my new gorgeous sun beds, till delivery, I recieved 3 personal phone calls to let me know what was going on, like when roughly they’d be delivered, to a day of delivery and on the day of delivery. I found this to be quite refreshing as most online stores send u an email and there is NO actual person to person customer service. I’ve just unpacked my sun beds and I’m just SO inlove with them, and the quality is amazing, they come with ties and a slip over the head rest bit, so the matress doesn’t end up in the pool in wild weather. The cushion is nice and thick and overall just looks SUPERB!!! Thanku United house furniture, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with u and your professionalism in customer service.

United Outdoor Furniture was recommended by my neighbour and they didn't disappoint. As someone has already stated in a review, their communication was excellent and delivery time under the time promised. The delivery guys were fantastic and very professional. Highly recommend.

Great product. We have just had the Luna 5 piece outdoor dining setting delivered. We love it. Very comfortable and of a high quality, not to mention the stylish design. The delivery was incredibly fast too from Sydney to Lake Macquarie. 3 days! Wow. And the lovely delivery guys even carried the pieces around to our back garden. How good is that! Thank you United House Furniture. This is an outstanding design amongst a field of same-same cheap rubbish.

Very happy with our purchase from United House Furniture. The customer service is second to none. From administration who contacted us regularly to keep us informed regarding estimated delivery times (especially during COVID) to delivery drivers, assembly and removal of packaging, we really could not fault the team. The product itself is of good quality (albeit a tad different in colour compared to what is shown online) but overall very happy with the purchase and would be glad to shop with them again!

Delivery people were polite and professional with their services. Products were in mint condition , rubbish were removed afterwards. They even recommended tips for caring the items .

Found the lounge we liked on Google not knowing, United Furniture were in the next suburb. Gave Katie a call, discussed my preferences. She had to source a coffee table and with Covid, delivery was slightly delayed which was not an issue. The guys delivered, unpacked and installed the lounge very quickly (this was additional cost well worth it). We couldn't be happier with our purchase and, the customer service from sale to delivery.

Great service, ordered a lounge from here during lockdown. Spoke to Katie who was kind enough to send pictures from the warehouse of the various sets I was interested in. Delivery was organised for the following week - totally seamless transaction! Really happy with the quality and look of the outdoor lounge, thanks so much. Delivery men were also polite, called to provide a window for delivery and assembled and removed all rubbish when done. Brilliant.

Excellent communication. Contacted within an hour of ordering, on a Sunday, to advise delivery time frame. Delivered within 7 business days of ordering. Balmoral lounge setting as described. Beautiful quality. Would 100% order again through United House.

I ordered an outdoor setting from United Furniture and was originally nervous about making such a big purchase online, especially due to there being no showrooms in SA. The staff however were very helpful and sent me extra pictures of the table from their showroom interstate so I could see the quality of the product. They were more than happy to answer all the questions I had, and after paying I was advised the table would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It ended up arriving within 1 week and the table looks great. Very happy all round!

Ordered online. Received 2 phone calls confirming order and suitability of delivery date. Delivery driver called to confirm time of delivery, arrived on time and very professional. Furniture exactly what we ordered and great quality. Would highly recommend.

Bay Gallery/UHFS offered excellent choice and service. Although it was a bit of a hike to Castle Hill to see the outdoor dining set in the flesh I wasn't disappointed on viewing and purchased on the spot. Mgr Michael Bui personally took care of a minor issue in record time.
