First purchase was a Hisense fridge. Westinghouse washer dryer and a Panasonic microwave. Paid delivery install and removal of packaging. Very happy with our purchase and the discount given. Only issue was with the delivery people who didn't want to bring in the fridge as we had a cracked tile on our door step. It was starting to rain and they wanted to leave it at our front door. I had to remove the door as it was a tight fit in the box. Don't know why they couldn't remove it from the bulky box before entering the building. Anyhow they managed surprise we were the last drop off for the day.
Now to our second purchase. We went to buy a printer and David served us and mentioned that the good guys are Telstra dealer's. Well after my experience with optus I was happy to sign up on the spot to a better plan that actually has mobile coverage in my area. Thanks to David we gave Optus the flick got a $1100 voucher and a new network connection instore. We will shop again

Went in this morning to replace a dodgy power board at home, and one of the employees Ryan came to the rescue, saving my home music setup! Excellent customer service, and honest salesmanship, what a lifesaver!

First of all Bianca, at the front desk is very rude. I was first time going to The Good Guys Penrith,obviously I don't know where to pickup from. I asked her, she was quite sarcastic in her reply. Also I can here frustration that she was not happy that I didn't know where to pickup order from. AlsoI wanted to reprint the invoice, which she said, she can't do, because order was from The Good Guys Auburn. I told her I am coming from very far & I am in the house moving process. No avail. But Chris & Ryan, at the warehouse/ Pickup point were really helpful. Can't praise them enough. So calm, professional & helpful aproach, I mean the hardwork & sincerity they showed, I would definitely visit The Good Guys Penrith. Avoid Bianca though at all cost. She needs to be trained in politeness & calmness. Everything can be sorted out with communication & not coming to a judgement without listening to customer. Hats Offto Chris & Ryan, made my day.

Easy pick-up and refunds with a wide range of TV's

Have been coming here since I could afford to buy my own hifi stuff, from the first time I bought my first sound system for my room as a teenager, into my adult years moving into my own place buying tv, washing machine, fridge, antenna, etc all from here! This n the Blacktown Good Guys stores are the 1z I swear by...

Amazing service from Ian for helping us choosing a washing machine that is a perfect fit for our needs, he took his time explaining and educating us further for a future purchase of a dryer as well. We are young couple moving to a new home, he was very accomdating to all our questions, and also recommended us to a lovely lady that is knowledgable at the vacuum area that we bought as well. If you need a washing machine/dryer look for Ian! He's amazing, patient and so kind, you rarely find someone who actually wants to help you in stores nowadays. Will definitely come back for future purchases! ☆☆☆☆☆

Bought a new front load washing machine & heat pump dryer. Colin was fantastic. As we have never had a front load washing machine or a heat pump dryer he took us through everything & really knew his stuff. Thank you Colin. In future you will be our go to person for all our appliances.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a new stove top online which was sent from Good Guys Penrith. Was delivered on time but soon discovered it wasn’t what we ordered. After calling them they recognized the error and within 90 mins one of the team there ( I don’t know his name) delivered the correct one to us in his own car and collected the other. Throughout it all the team there were courteous and only too happy to help. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I wanted to look at cameras and made my way to the camera counter. I was met by the salesman Giuseppe who was serving someone else. He asked me if I could just give him a minute.
I browsed the cameras and he soon was free to serve me. His product knowledge was excellent and he had a very quiet manner.
With his help I decided on the make and model best suited for my needs.
As always, great service and a good salesman. Not too pushy and knows his stuff.
Definitely my preferred shop now.

Super friendly staff and the range of appliances are quite extensive.
This location is also a factory outlet so I noticed once arriving that there were discounted items also.
Definately recommend attending :)

Store manager Michael provided exceptional customer service. Gave honest advice, very helpful, and great prices on everything I purchased.

Very helpful we were told online 7 to 10 working days for our new fridge. The in store staff found one in another store and it was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were polite clean and tidy, no mess no fuss, fantastic result.

My husband and I walked in to the store at 4.30pm. They had a great offer for samsung phone and plan, so we made the contract with him. He was very patient and kind. We felt very sorry for him working overtime. It was second service with him. I am always satisfied the service he shows to us. Thank you Giueseppe.
