Westfield Penrith

I used to work near Westfield many years ago and the centre was a little drab but now, I’d love to shop here often.

Plenty of new and vibrant shops, with great cafes and restaurants makes it such a destination.

It’s great to see most stores with tenants and with staff after the recent financial issues of many.

Parking is and has always been a problem. The spaces are smaller so a bigger car does have issues parking.

Love the ambience there. Shopping wise, all things are available to keep your shopping enjoyable.

Love going back again and again:)

Food courts are always clean
Good healthy and fresh Food is also available in both food courts.

Not the biggest Westfield, but definitely has most, if not all the things you need. Has a cinema, ice cream and coffee shops, good food and some retail. Place is also very accessible via the train and has plenty of bus.

Meets all your shopping needs. Has all major stores, great food Hall, and everyday needs shops. Only 2 hours free parking not viable as centre is quite large and then parking is expensive if you go over. Should give you longer for free as this would encourage more spending in stores

Quite big mall with all varieties of shopping options along with food shops available. Plenty of parking available with 2 hours free for everyone if you don't have a westfield membership and the westfield app which allows you to park free for 4 hours.

One stop place to shop at the Westfield Penrith which houses various brands. Awesome ambience.

But of late have been noticing many pigeons fluttering inside the shops, running on the floor etc., which is a nuisance.

Please control this menace soon, else it would be a disaster.

Good Shopping Centre. Very nice Shops and Specials. Car Park is big and Plenty of Parking. Not a big Westfield.But that okay. Friendly Servies and Mangers. A bunch of Cleaner that clean up the Shopping Centre well. Nice place for Kids and Adults. Shopping Centre is clean. Almost everything you need. Nice Food Court and Good Food Options. AC everywhere and inside the places. Easy Centre. Love it. Have good times going there. A bunch of option Shops and Stores they have is - Coles. Woolworths. ALDI.Fruit and Veggie. Butcher. Fresh Food Market. BIG W. Myer. Toys Mate. HOTYS.Other Places. You should start to put a Kmart and David Jones and Bring back Target to. I love this Shopping Centre. Thank you Penrith Westfield.

I recently visited Penrith Westfield and had the pleasure of encountering Jamie. He’s friendly demeanor and helpful guidance made my shopping experience enjoyable. Despite a negative experience at one store, Jamie's positive attitude on my return truly uplifted my spirits. Thank you, Jamie, for turning my day around with exceptional customer service!

The Concierge gentleman Jamie was a tremendous help to me today with details to have 4 hour parking. I am an elderly person and so appreciated his courtesy and efficiency.

The Westfield is great, hosts a variety of well known establishments like Cotton-on, Apple, Guess, Myers, Aldi etc.. outside the shopping mall is a different story... but inside the shopping mall you’ll find everything you’re looking for and more.

Beautifully modern with tile floors and great use of outdoor light indoors.

Highly recommend checking this mall out, just don’t step outside it.

It's a gem of a shopping centre. I assumed it was the same as other Westfield's, but I was wrong. The variety of shops is fantastic and the food is even better.
To top things off, they have a Messina Icecreamy!

Giving 5 stars because I was pleasantly surprised with the highly spacious parents room. It was incredibly clean, smelt good and the little toilet for toddlers is great!

Penrith Plaza will never not be my favourite Westfield, all the staff are so friendly always smiling and willing to help out if they can. The security guards are absolute gems, I wish they get all the praise for the amazing work they do and how helpful they are. Glenn (i think his name is) is one of the best guards always helping out, very professional.

love shopping here lots of shops I went to the tobacconist and coles then got a can a coke from the sushi place the one near the old target but not the knew one not that I have a problem with that place i just didnt get my coke from their at the plaza their use to be a guy with a rat on his shoulder but they must a let him go and the guy at a portoes that was really frenly but I dont see him any more neither I think his name was lesley please bring back lesley and the guy with the rats

After having a medical incidence a few weeks ago I have nothing but praise for the staff a few names I remember Gabriela (not sure of the spelling) and Karen a cleaner, and other staff, they were efficient, pleasant and polite, getting me to hospital, many thanks to a great team.

Hats off to security team I was eating lunch with my mom in the food court my mom she is disabled and very hard to move her around after we finish our lunch I tried to put her back in the wheelchair and in the Courbet of food court these 2 security Abu and Dinah left their food came quickly to help me and even offered me if they need help to take her to the car. Thank you so much Abu and Dinah you guys are great

A nice big shopping centre. A lovely treey suburb not that far from the city of Bankstown. Several streets of shops for buying that special gift, to enjoying a meal out with mates.
