Best place to buy all my gym products. Staff always helpful. Love this place

I bought a preworkout at start of January and I wasn’t liking the performance of it and how it made me feel and didn’t even like the flavour. I was a couple days (visited store on 5/2/23) over the 30 days return policy and didn’t have my receipt. I had a feeling they wouldn’t exchange for me but thought I’d just go there an explain I could come in any earlier due to work. And I said I paid with afterpay so was wondering if I could use that as proof of purchase. The man who served me was awesome. He asked if had an account which I did and he said “that’s fine we can use that”. I had only used about 5 scoops of the preworkout which their returns policy states is fine. I asked if I pay the difference as the preworkout I’m swapping for is a little more. He said “that’s okay I’ll just price match. “It was such a great experience in store as I was nervous that they wouldn’t exchange but because they helped me out I’ll always remember how helpful the staff were and always go back to them. Thank you!!!

Upon entering the Staff greeted me kindly, I was able to browse the store after a offer of help without being pestered which was greatly appreciated.

The Store was clean and well kept, with active staff going about their duties, I was able to find my items easier and clearing marked, and the register interaction was personal and friendly.

Upon asking about a loyalty program I was enthusiastic explained the loyalty program nutrition warehouse offers and within a minute I was signed up and my purchase followed soon after! The staff are a exceptional asset to any store and it was a wonderful change to have a positive interaction with shop staff!

Honestly love the service and the products. The beautiful lady (chloe??) serving put up with me and my 3 year old for agess while tending to other customers all at once and had incredible advice and knowledge. Ill always be coming back to this store. Thank you

Great service from the staff there. Both very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my products that I got. The guy with glasses gave me a great run down on all the different ranges of products - very knowledgeable.
I have been into many supplement stores trying to find out what are the best products and this is the first one I have found was not intimidating and genuinely interested in helping me - not just sales.

Kyle you are the BEST! I called for a speedy phone purchase and contactless delivery, and Karl not only made it simple but he also included surprise samples in the bag that are PERFECT for my specific dietary needs and I can't wait to try. Thank you, Kyle, for absolutely awesome service.

Best service I have ever received from a supplement store. Always happy to handle my inquiries online and in-store. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with and always happy to offer their opinion as well as having detailed product knowledge. I find that I have always received the best price when matched to online stores and will continue to shop here.

Brad helped me out a lot and gave alot of good info with different thing I wanted to try and threw in a free shaker after I grabbed my resupply

This is the absolute best supplement shop in Penrith and surrounds. The staff are amzing and very knowledgeable. When you ask anything be confident in the information because the Manager here is a Nutritionist and gives great advice and points you in the right direction. The store is clean, welcoming and aways looks great.

Came in and seen Caz, I was a little nervous and she made me very comfortable, she had great knowledge and spent quality time helping me, would definitely recommend her!

I came into store today, it’s intimidating walking into a supplement store when you are new to the gym. Straight away Caz made me feel comfortable and helped me select the perfect products to change my body and life. I can’t wait to shop here again!

The customer service is amazing! The young male staff member (I believe his name was mitchell) answered all my questions and didnt pressure me at all. Really helpful, I have been into other suppliment stores without even a hello at times but i was taken by suprises at how much the staff knew about all the products. I ended up grabbing an oxyshred and beyond bcaas by ehplaps thanks to the help i recieved. I will be back for sure, i highly recommend this store so friendly and they know what they are taking about. Thank you so much.
