McDonald's Blaxland

Had lunch at McDonalds Blaxland today. Very impressed with the efficiency of the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Special mention to the the two boys cleaning tables and floors and emptying bins keeping the whole place looking spotless. Well done boys very impressed with your work ethic.You did a sterling job on what can often be a thankless task!!!

Arguably the best Maccas drive thru I've been through. Very friendly staff, great service and super quick turnaround. Food was fresh and hot and no waiting times. Very impressed!

Hands down one of the cleanest McDonald's I've entered. they have a full time cleaner on site rotating shifts. I have spent the whole day working there with my laptop. The mcafe section has dedicated seating with I think 2-3 power points so you can charge your laptop. Workers don't say anything even if you camp there the whole day with your laptop. It does get crowded around 12-1pm and 3-5pm as it's during lunch and when school kids finish.

Today i was really having trouble with the self serve ordering system, and i was so lucky to have the lovey cameron help me with it, he was so helpful. thank you !

A very busy restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Though the staff were very quick and the wait time was minimal. The order was correct, the burgers weren't just slapped together and the chip containers were full. The only thing that could possibly let it down is the parking lot. Arrows pointing in every direction and not enough spaces. Bathroom facilities are clean and spacious. Wheelchair access is ample.

The manager on shift 24/09/2023 at 8:10pm was amazing, fabulous customer service and very accomodating. The male front counter service staff with the long hair was also wonderful-by far the best experience I have had at a McDonald’s in a long while. A+

This McDonald's knows how to do fast food! Arrived on the end of a public holiday, the restaurant was full of hungry customers, my order of 24 McNuggets was done in less than ten minutes.

Toilets are the usual McDonald's cleanliness or lack of, but we are not here for that. Tables are mostly clean which is acceptable.

Avoid packing in the petrol station or in McDonald's carpark if you are in a hurry.

Food tasted great, better than other Maccas, food was served timely, dining and amenities areas were clean

The girl rostered on front of house…(Kerri I think🤔) always makes my day. Lovely staff. Lovely McFlurry.

We used the drive-through this time. Very busy but not terribly slow considering they were very busy inside as well.
Inside the restaurant is kept clean. Staff have always treated us with respect (as we do to them) and are always very helpful.
This is a very popular restaurant, so occasionally, there will be a wait time. Normally, not very long.

Clean quick and efficient. Food was hot and great coffee

We have stopped at this McDonald’s so many times. It is our church youth group stop on the way to the Katoomba Christian convention every year. There is plenty of parking and the staff are well prepared for big groups. We can turn up with 25 youth and meet another 2-3 groups of the same size and the staff cope really well with the influx. So keep an eye out for us and say hi!

Hey, its Maccos.....in the blue mountain. Kinda hard to find. This location is at historical ppint of interest where these walls were built in mid 1800's. Interesting find for me was seeing the marketing efforts selling "El Macco is bacco" with jalapenos and spicy sauce on the Big Mac. Gravy on fries and they call it loaded (🤣....wait till they try animal fires).

On the bright side, el macco has been a reliable place get wifi and a clean bathroom throughout our travels. Every location has been super clean. Plus the food seems different....in a very good way. I would actually look forward to visiting one wherever we needed to stop.

BEST DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER EVER. Added extra pickles and onion which was amazing. So fresh and yummy. Chicken nuggets were also fresh and iced vanilla deluxe latte was refreshing. Would definitely recommend

Convenient stop on the way to the blue mountains. There’s 10 self service ordering machines and 1 cashier, so it was quick and easy to order when we were there. We tried the table service. The food was brought to our table but not the coffees, which was left in the counter until we collected it.

I would never normally rate a Macca's, but this was the cleanest and most well-run franchise I've ever been to on the planet (and with stunning landscaping outside to boot). The young staff were constantly cleaning and recleaning every surface, we couldn't believe it! Thanks to you and the whole team -- this Macca's should be a model for others to follow.
