BIG W Penrith

Went here not quite knowing why recently after trying to fund another shop. Mate, this place is huge... I've never seen so many ceiling lights in all my life.. they've got those price scanners on poles around the isles. And the self serve section was closed.. that's how it should be. They have everything... there's not much they don't have. I think the biggest and best part is the simple fact that when you walk through the doors, there must be like 1000 or so ceiling lights. Hopefully some of these are switched off at night.

Good value and rewards points makes it even more reasonable value. Good selection of Easter eggs.

Like this BigW. Friendly staffs and have available items in particular for child clothing and stationery. For online shopping, I found their inventory list is mostly up to date to pick up from here.

Big W is located on the second floor not far from Penrith station very tidy not clutter with every day items if you have not been there and you want find things staff are there to help and bunch of friendly staff cheers

This is a really good Big W it's usually always clean and tidy, easy to find things and always great helpful customer service

Bought filter cartridge of my brita tap water filter from BIG W. First of they have different section which is very easy to late in the store and have all the cartridge of Brita brand
#Brita i am using this product for a year now and its amazingly great product. Great design compact and do not consume too much space. I am in loce with this tap water filter. Highly recommended who want to drink pure water.

They always have a good variety of men's clothes

The young staff girl at the entrance was so helpful today, I had to buy emergency socks and shoes for my kids (due to the heavy rain) and even though they were closing, it was 6pm, she quickly allowed me to make my purchase. You saved me today and my 3 kids won't be getting sick for wearing wet socks on the long drive home. Sorry i didnt get your name.. but Thank you!

5 star service from the young lady staff member who helped me find my steel cap men's sneakers i use for work very late on Tuesday afternoon. I just didn't look hard enough lol but she found them quick quick. So a big shout out to her.

Didn't know there is a separate 10% off a shop as well as Woolworths! Checkout clerk was kind enough to tell us. More reason to shop there!

The staff in the entertainment section are friendly, helpful and always serve with a smile.
Was able to get a few things for my entertainment system at a great price and was given great offers and suggestions.

1) Price
2) Stocked items
3) Better store layout
4) Humans at the checkout

Kmart Penrith failed on all 4

Big W also had better priced coffee grinders than ebay.

I love this big w it's service is way out of other big w's league , it isn't very efficient having the big w on the opposite side of the train station for people who do not have a vehicle, the shelves are almost always stocked to the brim and good finds are always around the corner of each isle

The Lady in the make up section is wonderful, really helpful, as a man with two daughters I really needed help

Great selection of everything. Has everything you want. Great prices. The toy selection is great and great special at times.
