Went in two weeks ago because our Nespresso machine decided it was a good day to die, I had been researching new machines for months and had settled on a Philips 4300.

Walked in, found what I wanted and that's when I was greeted by May. I had some questions about our form of payment and she wasn't sure but spoke to Lachy and we got there in the end.

They didn't try and upsell me to a higher model and didn't try and push the "extra warranty" on me either. Great experience !

Friendly staff and a huge range of items at good prices

This was my first time buying from Bing Lee in Penrith, and it won't be my last. From the Absolute pleasure of buying on line, to pick up the procedure was very straight forward. The Lady behind the desk, was so polite and courteous, she actually wanted her job, and the dude that was there too he was also friendly with that smile that was so welcoming. The Price for the gamer was excellent, it was a warm welcome to shop with someone that actually appreciated your Business.

Went in today & was served by the nicest, friendly lady by name of Julie (hope I've remembered correctly). Very knowledgeable & helpful. Definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

I popped in to Bing Lee Penrith on Friday to enquire about the brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max that had only just been released that day. No stores from any retailer except Apple had stock that day and I expected that I'd be told to order and wait for a delivery.

I was blown away when the staff went above and beyond to search the system, track down a phone and organise themselves to get one to the store for pickup before lunch time the next day (as I was there minutes before closing). Not only were all the staff friendly, courteous and helpful but they went out of their way to make sure that they were able to get me the product ASAP.

I got a phone call at 9am that it was ready to pick up and we excitedly drove to the store to pick up the product. I'd like to thank all the staff at Bing Lee Penrith for their stunningly impressive customer service as their effort was not lost on us. They could have taken an easier route and told us to wait for a delivery but instead they put my priorities first and made it happen in less than 12 hours.

A truly outstanding performance! I hope that you all get the recognition that you deserve because I will definitely be back in the future. All the best and thank you again!

Awesome experience. I ordered online for a click and collect, and was happily surprised to receive a text letting me know that it was ready within 2hours of ordering. Went into the store, and was greeted with friendly staff who completed my purchase straight away.

I am so disappointed. The lady (her name is Mai) offered to sell the last stock of the Ninja Foodi which is actually the floor display. It was out of stock everywhere (unless I order online somewhere else) so we agreed but for a display item with some scratches, no box, no manual and the recipe book that normally comes with the package, I would expect a discounted price atleast. Same thing happened to us when we purchased a carpet cleaner at Bing Lee Mt Druitt so they offered a discounted price for the floor stock that we got. My husband went to pick it up but so disappointed when he came home with a unit with scratches. If it's in a perfect condition with no box but comes with manual and all the paper work that comes with it, I could let it slide but for this? So disappointed and really says something about their customer service. Really it's common sense.

** update: Jay contact us back to fix the issue and offered to replace the current floor stock we got with a brand new one once it arrives. Now that is going above and beyond the expectation from you guys. Thanks Jay. Looking forward to shop more next time.

Purchased a large item online and set for click & collect. Was ready to pick up in a short timeframe. Arrived at the store with the order details and it was done and dusted in less than 5 mins. Loading dock staff were quick and effecient and loaded it straight up into the back of my small hatchback making sure all was good to go - was a quick and easy purchase and pickup.

Excellent service. Smiles and attention to detail at counter was like a family visit, excellent. Even let my dog visit as it to hot in car. Ordered on line and picked up. Lovely guy out back put on trailer and made it safe.
