HOYTS Penrith

Was fantastic taking the kids there, nearly died at the cost for children and pensioners. The staff are extremely helpful and happy. The best part was my 5yo enjoying his paw patrol on the big screen :)

Hadn't been to a big cinema complex in ages. Was quiet. Service person friendly.

Friendly staff and great quality cinemas. Sometimes the floors are sticky 😂 but I think it's because they clean it often.
Props to the Ben and Jerry's staff as well, very friendly!

We watched, "Sound of Freedom" at this cinema on the Extra Wide Screen.
Parking was convenient underground and the staff were very helpful.

As a hoyts VIP member, we use Penrith cinemas a lot. Whilst as mentioned below in previous reviews, the actual cinemas itself could do with more attention to detail in regards to cleaning etc but this is also on the people using the cinemas to not be such grubs and use the bins provided. We have always found the bathrooms to be clean and well stocked and the staff friendly. One staff member in particular is Cooper J. He has got the absolute best customer service, for such a young kid it's usually hard to find someone with a great persona that's polite, genuine, enthusiastic and not 'too cool for school', like many of the other young retail workers in the plaza. Cooper is always so welcoming, asks how our days been, gives directions to the cinema and wishes us an enjoyable experience and then as we leave, he always has a smile on his face and greets us goodbye. Hoyts Penrith have an absolute customer service superstar in making!

While waiting for my daughter and wife to come out,all the workers were standing around talking a few were using bad language,while there was rubbish on tables and over the floor, 1 worker by the name of James was the only worker who went around cleaning up. 5 stars to James 0 for the rest of the workers.

Very clean. Adina who served us with our tickets very helpful. We were in F17 and 18 and there was supposed to be a spare seat eg 16 but someone was sitting there so my husband and I moved down a seat . Unfortunately the seat 19 collapsed so my husband had t to move to 20. Reported the broken seat so hopefully it was fixed.

It was really friendly service and the pop corn was good highly recommend going extreme for watching any movie over the standard seating

Went here for a good old movie, clean and tidy as usual.
My friend and I needed assistance carrying items up due to my friend having a disability and needed extra hands. The girls were more than welcoming to assist us , walking us to our seats and carrying out food that we brought and making sure we were good to go.
She was brilliant!

The best service ever, left my airpods and Jordan, Ruairi and Chelsea managed to get them back and i have never been more grateful for them for going above and beyond to get them back, very highly recommend to everyone

Always have a great time when we visit. Staff are friendly and approachable. Cinemas are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, just wish you got extra time if you watched a movie, like in the plaza days. Overall though, have never had a bad experience here.

Great movie theatre. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff had smiles which was so nice to see.

Lara was amazing and listened to my issue with a voucher I had received from a mix up while booking tickets from Frankston Hoyts (avoid at all costs, no customer service or understanding). Lara is the type of staff all companies need.

Always been a greet cinema, has always been clean even when I've gone on busy nights.
Drinks and snack ill be honest I've always brought my own, not paying 8 plus for a 600ml coke I can get 3 of from th 7/11 on the way there.

Great cinema, great location. Easily accessible for everyone. Parking is plentiful as it is within the Westfield complex.
Their deals are great, hot food selection could be made better (with the exception of the popcorn, of course!).
Have never had a bad experience with these guys!
