Coles Green Hills

Great service and out in short time frame. (time slot 10-12)

Hardly any signs though, which makes finding it hard. But have added pictures now to help others.

Busy, and the gate at the self checking area is agrovating. When the holder is helping someone you get ignored

It's Coles. It has groceries. If you didn't know that you are a tourist. In which case now ya know. People that work here (regulars not the young blow ins) are always lovely. And they have most of what we want. So can't complain. And still hasn't changed. 😁

Ok one major change that still bugs me... Self serve... I'm not getting a discount to serve myself. And our kids aren't getting jobs there as they don't need so many people because people are serving themselves... What's next? Cook your own Maccas? People stop using self serve or you all are gonna have kids without jobs and bored so committing crimes... Do the maths.

Beautiful centre to shop, dine, see a good movie too.

It was a normal shopping centre. Except for how tidy the place is and how lovely the staff are. We had a lovely chat with one of the younger staff members. They act like they have had alot of experience which is good. I know it's a place to shop but you can also have nice conversations.

Today I was greeted by a wonderful lady Deb who has the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Not only was she helped me but her smile was so in fectious she had everyone smiling well done Greenhills what an outstanding team member 👏 I look forward to meeting up with Deb she makes a negative into a positive well done Deb

Woolworth only had squished, broken or extremely soft kiwi fruit, and no buns or rolls. Coles was stocked! All fresh and all good!

The staff at Greenhills are unreal.
They had to deal with some low life in the shop

They had to clean blood up all on the floor. And then had to cover up person foot .I would not touch it as he was dirty and smell like a pig. But you must have a box gloves at each counter for staff to use.

Awesome store. The new Coles is amazing!! The range is so vast and fresh. The brown fresh Cooked bread is amazing but you have to get there early they never cook enough and it’s the first to go. The salmon is so fresh every time we get it from here which is every week. The staff are so lovely. Each time the lines get more then 2 people waiting a new checkout opens. Well done Coles I love this store!!

Convenient, friendly, and well stocked

Very good range of products

Well it's a Coles supermarket but it does have a decent range of items. I've only moved to the area recently and have been impressed with the range so far. The true test will come when I want to cook something a little less standard and need some different/exotic ingredients.

Very busy, but shelves well stocked. Could get everything on my list, then op out the self service checkouts. Excellent COVID support as well.

Coles was great, they have a shelf especially for pod coffee which made it easy for us to decide which coffee maker to get. Friendly staff. Clean store and quick to get through the checkouts

Friendly staff helpful and great range of goods

Large well stocked Coles. It has an on site bakery and deli. It also has self serve nuts and snacks etc as well as dog treats.

It's always good to go shopping there. I usually purchase particular items there that are cheaper than anywhere else.

I mostly shop at other supermarkets, however I do like going to this one when I am near by. Clean not to cluttered when restocking, late shopping is possible and excellent staff. It seems that the locals approve too, as it always has a steady stream to torrent flow of customers.
I find the fresh produce to be very adequate and suitable. I love there fresh cooked chicken. The bakery is the best Coles one I have seen. Quality bread and pastries are always available.
Now a pet hate of mine is Christmas music. Not that I am the Grinch just the constant repeat and overly sweet dribble. I'am sure it drives the staff Batty. The section they have in here seems little over the top. But I can take the irritable bellowing or carols on my sensitive ears for a month or so. And if to bad I'll buy cotton wool balls, to stuff in my ears for the mean time.
All in all a 10/10

With significant renovations over the last 2 years, this coles is the best in the area, with a large fresh produce section, extensive shelves with a solid range and a hard working staff that keeps the checkouts moving. Only downside would be the crowds in greenhills mall which can sometimes drive out of stocks not seen innother nearby coles
