Kmart Green Hills

Was assisted today at the Photo Booth. By a young girl named jen. I highly recommend her, she was so helpful to me and my mate. When we needed help today, with getting some photos onto cups. She also greeted us with a smile. And was so friendly to us both. She made our day

Staff is helpful with pointing out where items would be located for clueless shoppers like myself and can show you what options they have available

The store, staff and the variety is really great.
Mobile phone signals reception inside store is not good. Which makes it very difficult to check details online or call someone to take advice while shopping.
If Kmart Green-hills can do something to improve mobile phone signals reception inside store, that would be great.

My experience here was great. Like always Kmart has the most affordable assortment of products in all departments. I bought a bunch of stuff from them when I got my own place.

The elderly gentleman that serviced me today at the click and collect station at Greenhills on the 29th of September at 10am is well worth the written feed back and time it takes to send this.

This man, I didn't catch his name but he would be in his 60-65s is a legend. Infact he adds a significant amount of value to the team at Kmart Aust.
He was the most welcoming, kind and funny customer service worker I've met in Kmart in all the years I've been shopping with you.
Normally I am stereotyped because I'm tattooed when I enter stores - something I've grown used to.
I am a nurse but often pulled up or watched like I'm a pick pocket when I enter stores and often I get served with a Gumpy voice or a frown. But THIS man didn't even take notice. He made a great welcoming joke that made me laugh, he spoke to me like he was genuinely grateful for having his job and infact gave me the impression he loves his job. He adds tremendous value to your team. I think you should hire more men/woman in the same age bracket and have them working front desk greeting the customers. With the 5 minute encounter I had with him he made my day 10X better. I hope you pass this on to the team at Greenhills so they can tell him what an exceptional job he is doing.
Infact he makes me want to work with him at Kmart.

Good range of products that we were looking for especially for our Grand Children. Staff were very friendly & helpful & check out was easy offering both self service & operator assistant.

Good to commit business and a lot to you in the fish of your business is not the same as that as and you can get a good time to 3AM it is a very difficult situation and it I don't think you will be a good deal, we'll recommend it to the children.

good bang for your buck, was able to click and collect in 2 hours instead of going through everything especially when it was the last item in my size

Have everything you need in one place! Beautiful lights of a night and great play area for the kids while parents have a cuppa!! Great atmosphere!

K Mart Greenhills was great if u didn't know better u would think u were at K Mart Waratah,same sort of lay out.I actually found the staff to be more present and very friendly and more helpful.
