BIG W Greenhills

I always find the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the hardworking staff in the service area. As usual there is a great range of products. I especially like there book section and I always seem to walk out with one. It's a pity about the garden nursery section but that is in all stores. There is wheelchair access throughout and ample parking underneath. There are toilets near the service desk.

They have a party section which was well stocked.
This store has a men’s clothing section as well as a women’s section.
Electrical appliances such as the standard kettles and toasters.
Vacuum cleaners from generic to Dyson.

Renovated a short time ago. Lacking the right feel. Stock just not right or not presented correctly. Something is missing.

Plenty of stock on shelves unlike media reports. Lots of space on entry and lots of checkouts open and help ok hand for the self check out. Shop was very clean, hand sanitisers at entry and plenty of QR codes to check in with.

Big thanks to Vanessa and Allison at the Service desk this morning, helping out with my lay-by. Super friendly and helpful, appreciated the effort!!

Great experience buying a new stroller. I had a rambunctious child with me but the staff at checkout were very understanding. Two staff members put the stroller together for me on the spot after a wonderful staff woman suggested they could do that. I had shopped here before and always found staff go above and beyond.

It's a nice space now all refreshed.

Never failed to get what I next from here with affordable prices. My kids are always entertained by the variety of toys and books on offer, and they when have an extensive plant section. All in all a great place for shopping.

Plenty of different shops to be had...I noticed a new one up there today....shoes if I remember......have a memory problem....
I've found the staff are only to happy to help...
There's one there called the little colab store has a wide range of mostly hand made by various ladies......

What a great place to shop. The amount of items and products they now have are amazing. The service walking in the door is great. Friendly service and happy smile. The staff are always happy to help you find anything you need. Cheapest place to get bulk OMO and dishwashing tablets. The dog food is always he cheapest too. Great book selection. DVDs are usually the cheapest around.

This specific BIG W store seems to have exceptionally friendly, accommodating, staff who certainly appear to embellish the attitude that nothing is too much trouble for them. I collected a 'Click & Collect' on this particular visit, with that too, performed efficiently so keep up the good work, BIG W @ Stocklands Green Hills Shopping Centre! 🏢👍
