After a tireless search and calls all day, i was extremely relieved to walk into Harvey Norman and have the pleasure of meeting Donna. She provided incredible assistance in helping catalogue and locate in their inventory the Stove Top i was hunting for. Not only was she beaming a radiant energy, but the service was impeccable. Thank you Donna! Harvey, you have a good one of your hands.

Excellent customer service from Andrew, Connor, Toby and John in the tech department. We went to many tech stores to check out BYOD laptops ready for back to school. The service from these guys was well above the rest of the competitors stores that we visited. Price wise we were also looked after. Give these guys a visit for electronic purchases, you won’t be sorry.

Great place to get what you need in appliances or white goods. Talking to the guy Nick, who has 20 years experience, which showed when comparing prices from other shops. Would highly recommend talking to Nick.

The staff member that served us was very knowledgeable & helpful when it came to the items we were looking to purchase. The bigger items were delivered promptly. Everyone that was involved was polite, friendly & only too happy to listen to what we were looking for.

I was served by a lovely guy in the computer services section on Wednesday afternoon. He honestly made my day, he was so kind and helpful. The store should be very proud to have such an intelligent and friendly employee.

Wanted to increase the size of my main hard drive in my laptop ( purchased elsewhere). Andrew, the franchise owner, mentioned his staff provided tech support for all matter of issues.The tech person Jessie was fantastic; professional; competent; no hard sell; and listened to me! How great was that!!! Would certainly return for resolution of any other tech issues and future purchases.

If you need any appliances,talk to Donna, she is awesome, honest and great person to talk with. Buy a Miele vacuum, no other compares to the quality.. that's my opinion... But Donna is awesome...

10 out of 10 experience from start to finish Serj was really helpful wasn’t pushy with sales let me browse at my pace and helped me when I needed it and Mel was really good at the register and was helpful as well - the delivery men Kianan and sorry forgot the others guys name were amazing they were early unpacked my fridge and took it up the stairs I know that would have been a pain but they made it look easy - really recommend going to this Harvey Norman in Kotara I have never had such great service from every single touch point thanks heaps from Dani :)

We ordered quite a lot of things here for our new kitchen- a rangehood, tap, microwave, kettle and toaster and are very happy with all of the products. Didn't take long to arrive for the things that weren't in stock. Helpful staff and price matched some items for us. Sue was very helpful and friendly.

Recently went in to purchase laptops,ipads and computers for my business, after a few bad experiences from other retailers it was great to walk in and have someone that genuinely cared and wanted to help.
Friendly, honest and a massive help I can't thank Toby enough, he went out of his way to make sure everything was answered even made a follow up call to see how it was all going.

Been here multiple times, first was for a google Pixel 6 pro that they managed to get on a mad special & get their hands on virtually non existent stock. Second time was a flagship Samsung for a mate that again had around $1000+ off but the customer service was still excellent (both times Toby was really good). Rang today to ask about computers and advice from Brad was on point, anytime I go anywhere else to even enquire about phones/PC's I wonder why I don't just stick to Harvey Norman, Bing Lee & Good guys could learn a lot from the customer service shown here.

Have been to this store multiple times, the staff are always extremely friendly and willing to help with any problems I may have. This store has always given me the best deals on any products I'm after. They also have the best technician I've ever met, 11/10, Aaron always gets things fixed in a jiffy. Couldn't recommend a better Harvey Norman!

The team in the computer department are fantastic. From helping choose an appropriate product, through to sale and tech support, each person I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and set an impressive standard for delivering positive customer experiences.

Needed a device for my nieces schooling needs, me knowing nothing about computers or anything similar I decided to go to Harvey's and pop my head in as they have a good reputation.
I was instantly greeted by a friendly staff member who put me onto a "Techy" asked me all the right questions, What I was looking for in a device, what it needed to do, how long it needed to last for, etc. I was given 3 choices for laptops, and suggested a HP product, it was lightweight, fast and very affordable.
I can't recommend Harvey Norman Kotara enough. The staff member who served me "Mark" was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Technology and guided me to making the right purchase. 10/10 would shop there again.
