Bed bath n table in HomeCo is such a great store with such lovely staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. The lovely Mary helped me look for what I needed and she is so polite and beautiful to talk to. I have now been in there a few times after that and Mary never fails to disappoint. This is now my favourite bed bath n table store!

Have always bought my linen, towels, quilt covers etc from here and I mean a lot of products. Will only shop with a lady called. Mary who has always advised me and chosen the best products for me. If something is not in store, she will order it. Thank you Mary!

We had a lovely short chat while she served me and I found her a delight! She made my shopping experience a breeze and I am thrilled with my purchase.

Love this store. Staff are great. Been shopping here for the last few years. The manager Tanya is always so helpful, goes out of her way with great customer service & has really helped with styling our new home. The store is always so well presented & easy to see & shop. There seems to be a good team environment in the store. Pleasure to see smiling faces.

The team at this location of Bed Bath & Table were very helpful, I needed boxes because I'm moving house and Mary and her team didn't hesitate to help me out with this. They said they're always happy to help with more boxes if I need.

Wonderful service from the staff there. The lady who served us was terrific with my 3 year old son. I’ll be shopping there again just because of the lady who served us. Wish I got her name. She had short grey hair and was middle age.

One sales representative was nice enough. She went on break and was replaced by another older lady who was judgemental and rude and provided unsolicited parental advice. Perhaps you should have a sign up that reads, no children allowed. Oh yes, had my children broken anything, I would have paid for it. They did not. They did touch everything though and by God that's stressful enough as every parent knows.

On July 1st, around 3 pm, we visited this store. As we entered, we noticed two women deeply engaged in conversation, completely ignoring our presence. I had a question about quilts, so an older employee approached us, presumably in response to my gesture for assistance. Her explanation seemed unreliable and her demeanor came across as rude.
What surprised me even more was that despite her advanced age, my husband kindly offered to lift the quilt box for her, and instead of expressing gratitude, she asked him to organize another box nearby. I was truly taken aback by her attitude.

We are customers, not employees of Bed Bath and Table, and it was quite unexpected for her to ask us to arrange items in her own store!!
I can understand that the neighboring store, Adairs, may be understaffed due to a high number of customers, but it puzzles me why this particular shop had two women engaged in idle chatter with no customers around.

Mary (short Middle aged woman with light brown hair) was extremely condescending, rude and judgemental to me. My wife and I went here and purchased $500 of linen, I walked out upset and later we returned the products to buy somewhere else as i believe this behaviour shouldn't be rewarded.

Management if she isn't on written warnings already please rethink her employment.

To everyone else, try towers location or shop somewhere else.

Extremely unfriendly staff. My wife went to buy a few home decor stuff and the lady was not only hesitant to show but was also making faces while showing and answering her queries. Please close the store if you are not willing to serve your customers.
