Excellent service received throughout the process. The consultation team member Syeda is very thorough and really pays attention to detail, makes sure your brief is met 100% and was very easy to deal. We had Azam who came for measurement and quotation had excellent knowledge was super polite. The installation was quick and was done well within the time frame given. Would highly recommend.

We had such a delightful experience of having our new house blinds from blinds and designs- Luxaflex in Castle Hill. They are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went in twice and the first time we were only browsing and we were told off that they are closed! Well the shutters were open!

We went in the following week, the guy wasn’t willing to show samples, I had to ask 3 times to look at samples. They’re not keen to help the customers. Didn’t understand if he was just lazy or he was shrugging us off coz he thought we couldn’t afford their services! Very bad experience!

Btw, they didn’t even note our details, just in case they respond here saying they don’t have my records being at their store!

Staff were not willing to assist. Give you the swatch book and leave you.
