Super helpful staff. Even put aside one of the items I needed ahead of time, (Hickory wood chips) because it was the last one they had in stock. Got my pizza oven spatula too! Thanks for being open on New Year's Eve.

We purchased a fire pit and outdoor lounge set from Castle Hill branch. Our experience with the customer service rep was top notch. Susan was very kind and helpful she showed us different models, gave us options and mostly she helped us get a great bargain with great discounts. Overall we had an amazing experience.

I am delighted to share my feedback about my recent purchase.
I purchased Z&B 3B BBQ C-SERIES GREY LP C SERIES -GUNMETAL G and writing this review after the first use of it.

Pros:
1) Extremely pleased with the staff attention. The staff member 'Susan' exactly understood what we wanted and suggested accordingly.
2) This product is easy to install and can be manoeuvred around easily.
3) Almost even heat in the middle grill.
4) Easy to clean - Dishwasher friendly.

Cons:
1) Uneven heat in the side grills
2) Warming rack I bought as an accessory is a bit bigger that it almost covered the grill.
3) Good for small BBQ parties

I spent a considerable amount on a new bbq just before Christmas. I’ve been back a few time to purchase some accessories.

The manager, Jade, has been excellent. I cannot fault her customer service. She has been a pleasure to deal with and has been most accomodating.

Want to thank Neelay and Jay and the other staff at BB Castle Hill, who resolved my earlier concern about not getting a cover plate for my barbeque cart. I have now received the cover plate and am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to help me.

Purchased a Beefmaster Burner and sink from here. Have absolutely no complaints about the Sales, Service and delivery process. All good. Jay was fantastic and handled all the queries and questions that we asked of him.The items have also been installed and looks and works well. However, i have converted the burner to Natural Gas, thereby leaving a hole in the bottom plate of the Cart,where a Gas bottle would normally sit. I have visited the store and called them 3 times to buy a Cover plate to block out the Gas bottle opening, but for love or money, i cannot purchase a cover plate, even though i have the part number. And i am unable to reach the ever elusive manager. The staff keep telling me that i cannot purchase it, but they will leave a note for their manager, whom i have never been able to reach. Surprising, and disappointed, that they cannot supply a part for an item being sold by them, even though it is supplied for the sink install.

Fantastic service from their staff (particularly Preet). Great follow up and assistance. 3rd purchase of a fireplace in a month from Castle Hill and we will happily shop there again. Great product range and price too.

Staff was very friendly and gave us the time to explain stuff "good old customer Service". Jay was very knowledgeable on the Ziggy BBQ we wanted and demonstrated how it all works along with its accessories.

Bought a 5-burner hooded BBQ on special. Was easy to assemble although best done with 2 people. Very happy with the quality and price.

We visited four BBQ shops today, went to Castle Hill BBQ galore the last. Great selections. We found the one we wanted. Sales Brock was extremely helpful and professional.

Jade and Jay went out of the way to help me put heavy bbq in my car. Extremely helpful, polite and customer centric. Removed all the packing and ensured it fits in my car.
