The Good Guys Kotara

Ask for Heath, as he looked after us with a household of white goods and electronics. Gave him our list and he was really honest and hardworking in getting us a competitive price and advising us on alternative products while never being pushy.
I’ll update this review after we pick up the equipment but if pre sale is anything to go by I don’t see any need to change.

Has a fantastic buying experience at Good Guys today! Have for a long time shopped at Harvey Norman, but always was left feeling like a transaction to them.

Today Rory at the Kotara store was AMAZING from the time I met him. I entered the store certainly not a robotic vacuum expert except from what I had gleaned from google. He definitely was an expert and took his time to ensure the one I chose was a great fit for my home & life. He also explained it all in language I understood & could be confident that when I got home I would know what to do with it.

5 stars to Rory and also for the Good Guys warranty too!! Had no idea what I had been missing out by shopping elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience buying an air fryer and clothes dryer for my elderly parents. Liam M our Good Guys appliance specialist was knowledgable, efficient and understanding of who would be using the products. And he did a great deal for us. Thanks Liam - great customer service!

Had a problem with a “Store Cash” promotion. No response to messages left as per website. Went into store, Manager Harley spoke to me personally and sorted the issue promptly! First class customer service!

Fantastic service. Our salesman was very helpful and gave us a great deal on our Nespresso Vurtuo Pop coffee machine with extra warranty. 5/5 all round.

We purchased a washing machine and a fridge and received a substantial discount and excellent service in store but it is the delivery service that deserves the highest praise. They arrived promptly, installed the appliances and took packaging away for disposal. Thanks Good Guys.

Have returned recently for yet another purchase from the Good Guys. Still found that excellent customer service, by very courteous & friendly staff. This time we went looking for a replacement fridge last time it was a washing machine & after being shown available stock, found what we were looking to buy. Delivery was arranged for the next day at time to suit, it was delivered & installation as promised by the storeu & as arranged within the specified time given.

We recently purchased a number of items, tv, cooktop, microwave, oven and range hood from your Kotara Store. The service we received from Heath was exceptional. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. We had to exchange some items as well and again nothing was too much trouble for Heath. Went in to shop for appliances for a new kitchen and was served by Joe who was an absolute legend! Listened to what I was after, talked me through options that were specific to my needs and my budget. Top service 👌🏼

Outstanding customer service from Noel. He was so patient and kind. Wasn’t pushy what so ever. My fiancé and I where looking for a fridge and Noel had such a positive and happy energy about him. We ended up with organising a package for a fridge, tv and vacuum cleaner. He wasn’t trying to push us the buy the most expensive item there but asking us questions about our lifestyle to help find us the perfect fit. Noel is a breath of fresh air and we will be definitely returning back to him for any future purchases. C&M ☺

Had a great experience today at The Good Guys (Kotara). Our existing fridge broke overnight and we were in need of a replacement ASAP. We were lucky enough to have been looked after by Noel S. Noel wasn't at all a "pushy" salesperson; he was attentive and was happy to answer our numerous questions. Noel was able to help us find a new fridge that was perfect for our kitchen and our needs as a household. We found Noel to be honest and caring, with plenty of industry experience to boot, and we will be asking for him to assist us with our purchases in future.
