Officeworks Ballarat

Amazing customer service from one of the staff members, Issac, today. He definitely did all he could to help one of the young people I work with and we are both very appreciative.

Mr.Levi is GOLD. The service is he passed on me is of so much customer focused. He adds so much of Value addition to officeworks team.

I just visited officeworks Ballarat and was served by a young chap name Noah. This review is mainly to commend his excellent customer service. He was busy at the door, but took time out to help me find a computer monitor and accessories. He was polite, attentive and efficient and left me a happy camper. Well done Noah and thanks!

This afternoon l shopped at Officeworks, Creswick Rd., seeking paper coffee cups, in a specific size. Levi promptly assisted me, in a polite & friendly manner. He found the cups l was after, very quickly. Afterwards, l heard him politely helping another customer..The young lady at the checkout was also polite & friendly. Thanks, team.

Good stuff good service good

Needed something printed to scale. It was extremely refreshing to deal with someone who knew what they were doing, and got it right the first time. Great service, enough to prompt me to do a review. Well done Ada, Ava..(not 100% sure of your name sorry).

USB wifi broke just before 5pm, really really needed the wifi ASAP! I ordered on click and collect, and 5 mins later the order was confirmed as ready for collection.

Clean well stocked store large amount of display items and good signage to help with the location of relevant stocks. Very polite and friendly staff.

Very impressed. Better service than most places these days. I asked where to find an item, the man told me (offered to show me but I said I'd be ok to find it with the isle number). Passed the same man about 10 minutes later and he stopped and asked if I found what I needed. I was quite shocked that he actually cared enough to stop and check. Well done Ballarat Officeworks. Keep it up!

Great service and friendly staff! It is always my first stop for tech and stationary in Ballarat, the staff quickly come to you to ask if you need help and if no one is around the door greater can always line you up with someone to help, prices are also very competitive for Ballarat.
