Great selection of stock and friendly staff. Wasnt my first choice, but they had a similar enough item to what I wanted whereas their competition didn't have anything close. Will shop here again next time I need work clothes

It is actually closed but online it shows it’s open. I drove all the way to find it closed. Please update your timing.

Bad store. Salesperson seemed interested in only getting sales through and not actually being helpful. Purchased another pair of WP3 FXD pants, at thw same time I also asked "can I please get two.pairs of the same ones but the shorts" and got home, washed them and then realised they'd given me the wrong ones (the canvas WP1) and seems that they were just "substituted" as they were out of stock of the size, hmmm. Got a pair of (overpriced) RSEA Private label "Blue Rapta" sunglasses and they are poor quality, randomly just breaking. Swapping them at this store was extremely difficult, with me feeling like I was at fault while the person had no idea about warranties, who the supplier was and questioning me over them for 20 minutes The new pair had the nose rubber fall off mere weeks later. Trash.

Poor customer service shown, no solution offered. Ordered work jumper, unfortunatly removed tags, went to use it however found to large, had original bag and receipt to change to smaller size and just fobbed off by manager, no tags no exchange... well its hip pocket from now on . BALLARAT SHOP

Made an order with rsea ballarat, and was waiting for it to arrive. They never called me to say it arrived and when I followed it up my order has been sitting there waiting.

Went to pick it up and the store opening hours are incorrect leaving me 2 minutes late to the store. And instead of helping me out so shortly after closing they ignore me. Leaving me driving all the way to to store for nothing.

Thanks rsea never shopping here again.
