We were recommended Gosford Removals for our relocation from the Central Coast to Melbourne and were very impressed with their service. From the initial quote to the final delivery to Melbourne everything was extremely efficient. The guys who did the pick up and then the final delivery driver were all very friendly and professional. The driver who delivered to Melbourne did an amazing job reversing into a very tight space.

Our furniture was uplifted, stored for 7 months and unpacked by the team at Gosford Removals and Storage. The team were polite and helpful especially when unloading and helping to place furniture . Extra help was offered to move heavy furniture to a more convenient area for which I was extremely grateful. My belongings were in perfect condition from being stored.
Highly recommend their business.

Moving house can be stressful but what can make a real difference is the calmness and professionalism of a great team of removers. From Wayne's first visit to assess the move we felt we were in the hands of people who cared about us personally and our possessions. When conditions changed a little, Wayne or Cathie in the office would be attentive and listen to our requests and ensure they were noted for removal day. On the day itself ,the packers took utmost care in the wrapping up of fragile items with the result that nothing at all was damaged in the move. Thank you for that care. The moving of heavy furniture was professional, requiring great strength and skill and was achieved cheerfully. Nothing was too much trouble. With three floors to negotiate there was a great deal of lifting and manoeuvring. Congratulations to the crew for their admirable teamwork. On delivery day, the same cherry and professional standards applied. The swapping of one cabinet of ours with one belonging to our daughter at another address which was pre-arranged was remembered and done in a flash! No explanations needed. I started this review by mentioning the possibility - or the probability of stress when moving Go with Gosford Removals and cut out the possibility of stress and relax in the knowledge that your move will be stress free.

Excellent service all round from quote to finish. The guys on packing and loading were brilliant. Very professional, courteous and helpful. We had 3 different teams and no complaints about any.

We recently moved from the Central Coast to the Tweed Coast (8 hrs away) and used both the packing and moving services. The team were fantastic in getting our house packed up quickly, it was a dream not having to pack up our house and we were basically able to live in it like usual right up until the day before we moved! They then held onto our furniture until we needed it a few days later. They took great care loading & unloading everything for us! Overall a fantastic service and we would highly recommend them!

From the initial meeting to a full inventory of possessions and regular communications, our move went seamlessly. Have had an amazing experience with this company. What started off as an online quote was followed up with a phone call and quote at our home and a discussion about our specific needs (we are travelling for a year). It was suggested that rather than having our furniture moved into a storage unit, they pack directly into a container and this container is stored at their warehouse, then when we come back it is taken to our new house and unloaded. This prevents multiple handling which was a perfect solution for us. All of the furniture and special goods were carefully wrapped. the removalists worked extremely hard and were very friendly. Lots of communication from their end confirming starting time and communication with Cathie, their receptionist, answered all of our questions in a very friendly manner. Highly recommend based on our fantastic experience.

I have used Gosford removals twice now, the last being a move from Central Coast to Sydney. The team were excellent! An on site quote first, then the actual move - nothing was too difficult. The team were friendly, professional, caring with our property and above all made the move stress free. I can't recommend this company highly enough, they were fantastic, I can't fault them at all!!!

It was in the same condition as when it went into storage even after all the rain during this time. Well done to all the staff too. Gosford removals were wonderful right from the start. We had a gentleman come and quote at our home who told us the process. Then we had a date to move. Unfortunately we had a delay in settlement and still Gosford Removals worked around us even with an unfortunate last minute cancellation. The team that came to assist us went the extra mile and packed things in boxes for us when I couldn’t get to them myself after being pregnant and running out of time. Nothing was too hard for them and the team were so lovely to chat to during the day. Cathy in the office was also accommodating and gave me extra days to organise finance as I was so busy with my kids during the move. Thank you so much!

We’ve just completed our second move with Gosford Removals and Storage. The entire process went perfectly from the initial quote through to pickup and delivery at our new home. Having had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other move companies, I always feel uncomfortable booking a removalist and hope it will be a smooth process without hiccups. Both moves with these guys have been 100% stress free. Gary also went above and beyond and helped move some heavy items which were unrelated to the move. 5/5 stars for service, professionalism, organization and care for our furniture etc. Thanks guys, see you for our next move.

Entire process from getting a quote, to booking, to keeping in touch regarding timings, was fantastic. The team arrived early, loaded everything up quickly and carefully, and arrived at the destination address really quickly. Unloading was smooth and they checked where I wanted everything to be placed, and even setup the washing machine. Highly recommend, they were great!

Interstate moves are always stressful but Gosford & Karis Removals were a pleasure to deal with from quotation through to final delivery for my move from Sydney to Brisbane.

They arrived on time at both ends and both teams were hard working, friendly and professional - if only it was this easy and stress free dealing with most companies!

It is not easy to find caring and responsible removals companies. I've moved 5 times in the past several years, and this is the most responsible company I've worked with.

We moved from the Central Coast to far north Queensland. Due to some issues, three of our furnitures got damaged. The guys came here, collected them, and delivered it all fixed—as good as new. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.

A relatively small move but just as stressful as usual. Thankfully the team from Gosford Removals were very helpful. The quote was done professionally. The team arrived on time and made short work of the move. They dealt with a very large heavy lounge with ease.
At the other end they even went above what I expected and suggested that I get things moved while they were there. Nothing was damaged.
