I emailed them about an issue with my pc, though I didn't show up at the store after further agreements with my parents. That aside, their response was quite quick considering the time I sent the email and it radiated kindness. I will definitely be coming here if I have any further issues with computers!

They are the go to guys if you are in the Gosford area as they have build and supplied multiple parts at very short notice and they have resolved any issues on the sport and back their warranty if it is faulty.

I came in 15 minutes before closing and Steve patiently diagnosed the problem with my son's computer. Turned out to be a faulty Power supply. Steve spent half an hour of his time and never charged us for labour.
You sir are a gentleman and people need to know what outstanding service you provide.

Went in recently to have my inverter looked at. Even though it wasn’t their usual sort of job, all the guys were very helpful and Shannon managed to repair it and help me test it.

Was in the market for a new quadcopter for a birthday pressie and after not having much luck with another company I made contact with Rhys via eBay. Not only was he extremely helpful with kitting me out but I was also keen to get the item quickly. After the order was placed he took it to the post office in Gosford and approx. 15hrs later it was in my hands in Victoria! Couldn't ask for better service and the price was spot on.

They could have charged me way more than they did to fix the Wi-fi problem on my PC than they did; but they were honest enough not to.

Highly recommended business on the Central Coast. Efficient service as computer was fixed within 24 hours. Repair was cost effective and very reasonable. The shop is exceptionally clean, tidy and bright. The 2 staff were well-presented, willing to help, and obliging. Plenty of parking is available at the door. I thoroughly recommend this business to all who read this review and I will certainly be recommending this business to my colleagues.

Local brick and mortar with very competive prices and excellent, spot on service.

Had a drama with my computer took it to Phazer and they fixed it while I was there. It took 2 hours but we went through the problems and solved all of them. Great service, great personality's. Would recommend to all

my "go to" place for kit. There are time when I buy elsewhere, but typically it is "stocking / availability" rather than price - and the service... the service is absolutely "5 star". The knowledge of up-to-date gear is great too.

I bought a bunch of bits to build a super gaming PC and Rhys went beyond the call of duty to have them delivered the next day. Awesome work Rhys and a big thanks from Tokentools Welding Equipment Supplies, we will of course shop again.

Needed a gaming computer but didn't want to overspend. They were able to build exactly what I wanted for the right price. Great at talking to you to figure out what you need. Perfect computer, and later picked up the headset I was after at a better price than buying online.
