I didn't have an appointment and just walked in , even the doctors are super busy , they still let me see one and not wait to long, people are super nice and even the test result came out quick.

I fine the doctor there very friendly, and helpful I also like the idea Of the pathology there so handy and you do not have to wait long to get seen .

Went in for a blood test referral to check all my levels and was told that they don’t do that without a reason. I said because I want to try for a baby so I want to see where I am at. The dr said no I can’t do that for you. Sorry for wanting to be optimal in my levels before trying to conceive. What an absolute let down

Terrible patient care, book a (phone consultation) appointment for 9:50am, called them at 11am letting them know I was still waiting and was told i was next and they were sorry, called again at 11:50am again letting them know I had yet to be called was told the doctor had opened my file but was calling patients from other clinics (so much for next call) and tried calling at 1pm over 3hrs past my appointment time and the phone won't even connect now. Absolutely a joke of a clinic.

First impressions place is dirty and unkept. Receptionist has zero compassion even hanging up on me because she couldnt answer my questions after re scheduling me. Two weeks and multiple calls for test results, l finally got told the pathologist never received my sample. Zero duty of care.

THE WORST DOCTORS CLINIC!! You make an appointment and the doctors don’t even call you, when they eventually do call you they never send you the script which results into making extra appointments in which they AGAIN DO NOT CALL YOU!!

Where is the Duty of care in this facility???

0 stars actually. Wanted to book a face to face appointment on Wednesday but was told there were no Doctors available for this. What kind of a medical centre has no doctors/ having only one on other days? I have booked telehealth appointments previously but they do not call on time or even call at all. When I got lucky and got a call from the Dr. Telehealth one time, I went to pick up my referral but the clinic was closed but they did not even inform me just told me to go pick up my documents. Rating this centre a 0.

What a disgraceful service to Bacchus Marsh! Made an appointment online for a Tele consult as I had covid/flu like symptoms and didn’t want to spread anything. An hour after my appointment time nobody had rung so I called and they did the appointment over the phone. Two days later as I was still unwell I made another Tele consult so I could get a doctors certificate for that day. They called me back and explained the time won’t be the time I booked but sometime after. I said fine as long as someone calls because I am off work again. Nobody called. I sent an email requesting a medical certificate and explained they hadn’t called me. Got an email this morning telling me to make an appointment if I need a medical certificate.

If i could give a zero i would-
I am an asthmatic, i was told i had to wait 2 or three days to see if its bacterial or viral!! Lol ok
Ive been a bad asthmatic all my life and am on a asthma plan from a specialist, yet they would not give any medication. Luckily i got another phone consult elsewhere and i have all i need to breath easy and not end up in hospital!.

Not a good experience. Had a doctors appointment last week and was told they need medical info transfers from last doctor. Payed for this, had appointment today same doctor who said there isn’t anything they can do as they are not diagnosing doctor. They couldn’t tell me this on my original appointment for some reason. Also stated he cannot refer to MRI or X-rays and he is only a gp. Terrible doctor. Did not care for patient whatsoever. Great service from receptionists.

Make an appointment, take time off work to go, turn up and they demand that I do a PCR test before they will see me. Of course the results are not available till the next day so have to take yet more time off work and they claim 2 visits.

Some kind of a third class place. Went there for a confirmed appointment and found there doors locked.

There has been to many times when I've turned up for an appoitment and the doctor hasn't arrived yet and is running late or when the doctor hasn't even showed up at all. Today was the last time I'm ever going I went in to see a doctor (no appointment) and I was told that the doctor won't be here until 1ish and only be here till 4pm. Never going there again what kind of medical center doesn't have reliable doctors that are there at the center when it opens till closes .

What a pathetic excuse for a medical centre, had an appointment at 10:50 and after 2 hours of waiting I had to walk out from feeling worse than when I got in. This place is a joke and I would never return. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service skills from staff, and the doctor seemed no better either.
