Just went into Reject shop Bacchus Marsh and experienced the most AMAZING customer service from a lovely lady called Karen! I was looking for baby wool and there was none on the shelf so she pulled down 3 boxes, opening them one by one to show me all contents. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in good old customer service!!!! Helen

There are always great things to find here, I got some star wars collectible figures here and some pee for my puppy.
The store is never messy, which is a first for a reject shop.
