Coles Cessnock

Great store. Shelves are generally well stocked. Store is clean. Trolley Bay is usually full of both the big & smaller style of trolleys. They still provide disenfectant wipes, paper towel & antibacterial hand solution at the entrance. Which is regularly stocked. As far as fresh produce ...these guys definitely give the so called "Fresh Food People" a run for their money. In fact, in many areas this has been more then apparent for a long while! Staff are friendly & helpful.

I'm not a local but the lady at the self service checkout today was very helpful, her assistance with my this morning was much appreciated. Thanks again.

What can i say, Coles is great. I find the staff here considerate, helpful, always smiling and eager to assist.

We had coffee and something to eat for lunch. Then we went shopping for the next few days' supplies. Coles has everything at a reasonable cost.

Didn't actually go in sat in car and did some Facebook stalking. I hear there stuff is nice..

After the debacle of the systems shutting down nationally and I was told to leave the shopping I had paid for and leave, I was upset and frustrated. I went back in the next day, with my evidence that it had been paid for, and the staff manager that was on went and grabbed all of my shopping and had said that she would have let me take it the first time. Sometimes you get bad staff managers that don't or won't listen

Made a mistake with Labels in Deli. Bought Devon & charged it as Ham (Deluxe), took it back & explained to them. Instead of Refund they gave it to me Gratis....Good P.R.

Well most of the time it's pretty standard but head there around half hour before they shut and let's just say... cessnock never fails to show a line-up fresh from the nut house...
