BIG W Cessnock

It's my favourite place to shop. The women's winter clothes are lovely. Such good value

This morning at Big W, Cessnock. The staff smelt smoke so everyone had to exit the store

Lovely staff and we'll sign posted and laid out store.

Staff were incredibly helpful, I needed a specific item from tech to save a wedding and had a tight deadline and the person working on games not only located options for me but went to different areas to get them. It was such a relief!

I was in store 3 weeks ago and to walk in and see the kids section of clothing was absolutely beautiful, it made me want to have more kids looking at how beautiful it was all displayed. Well done to whomever is in that section, it was absolutely stunning. Neat and clean nothing was out of place well done cessnock big w.

This is a store with big enough isles to comfortably fit a wheelchair through, whilst also being a store that carries a little bit of everything. Not a common combination.

Things are kept clean, even when frustrating customers and their careless children make and leave behind messes.
The staff are always happy to help, even if what you need isn't exactly in their area of expertise, they'll still try.

The store itself is easy enough to navigate, and there's a chair at the front of the store where you can sit if you've gotten lost, and wait for your family to come find you, without getting further lost.

I phoned the store asking if they had an item available that I was interested to purchase a garden product. The staff member was extremely helpful detailing what was instore & prices before deciding whether it was suitable for my purpose so I can go in to buy items required.

Bought yoga gear and a magnetic rowing machine. Excellent value. Pleasant, helpful lady, Peta, at self serve checkout.

Had been trying everywhere to get a particular birthday present for my granddaughter, when I rang to ask if they had any there the lady who I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful in finding & holding the item till I got there, when I 1st entered the store I was greeted by a friendly smiling woman who helped me find the section I needed, at the layby counter the woman there was again lovely & friendly, at the checkout I was offered help with a bulky item I had by another lovely young woman & when leaving I was told to have a nice day by a happy looking guy on the door. Besides having what I needed, it was so nice to be there amongst such happy friendly people, they really have the right staff working there & this is going to be my go to place for Big W shopping in the future, even though there's another closer to me

Employees are Nice, with an outstanding assortment but a bit dingy in some segments. Otherwise, Wonderful!
