I had a professional and great experience at Eyelines, Kingston. The optometrist (Corne) was friendly, thorough and attentive. The reception staff welcoming. Highly recommended for expert eye care and friendly service.

I was having a problem, seeing floaters in my eyes, so booked in for a test asap. It didn’t take long for Corne to realize I needed to see a specialist which she instantly organized. The whole process for me was hassle free and very efficient. There was no talk about payment, just about me getting the right treatment. Thank you Eylines team.

The optometrist at Eyelines was thorough and friendly. Throughout the examination she explained what she was doing and ensured that I understood the results. The staff was helpful in selecting a frame and the service that I received was prompt and efficient.

It was such a good experience. It’s my first time to do eye test and buy optical glass in Australia. I thought that it would be difficult to communicate. However, the female doctor is so nice, patient and professional. Absolutely fantastic experience.

The team at Eyelines-Kingston have been superb with customer service. From very accurate testing and diagnosis, to receiving the graded glasses in quick time x 2!
My first pair my dog buried in the garden, the team sorted the problem and the second pair of glasses have frames from Barcelona (bright) and not easy to loose!

I wanted some reading glasses but also wanted Sunglasses (I have a health fund) but after having an eye test they appeared quite indecisive about letting me get the frames I wanted, I told them I would go away & possibly get back to them about the glasses, was a tad confusing.

Whilst the actual optometrist I went to was great, I’m sad to say the customer service on the counter was terrible. The price of my contact lenses were raised with no one informing me of this price change until the lenses were ordered in and the lady I spoke to about this was extremely rude about it. I’ve also had experiences with them losing my lenses and trying to double charge me for the price. As a student its already expensive enough paying for lenses once! Won’t be going back.

Lost my glasses, just trying to get contact lenses to get me thru, in my view it was like I wanted cocaine, they just wanted the extra fee for an examination which was not necessary my eyesight was perfect with the few lenses I had left, they would'nt listen, I will get them online simple!!!!! Another happy customer. No wonder shops are closing down.
