I’ve got Sylvia and Terry took care of my membership, they’re absolutely sweet and nice and makes sure that I got what I need. The gym is clean, smell good and for the price, I think it’s really reasonable if you want a high quality environment. I personally love their equipment and bathrooms area, it’s clean and new (unusual compare to the other gyms). HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I recently joined this gym and I must say, it has been an incredible experience so far. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sylvia and her team with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for fitness. Their dedication to creating a positive and motivating environment is truly commendable.

One standout member of the team is Kristina. She is simply amazing. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and exercise, but she is also patient and understanding when it comes to answering any questions or concerns I have had. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable and confident in my workouts is truly appreciated.

The gym itself is well-maintained and equipped with top-notch facilities. The variety of equipment available caters to all fitness levels and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, there is something for everyone here.

Overall, I cannot recommend this gym enough. Sylvia and her team have created a welcoming and motivating environment that makes working out a pleasure. The team here in Bankstown have been nothing but amazing! From the support with programs, nutrition tips and guidance with everything has just been 👌🏽👌🏽 Getting ready for my wedding has been great, thank you girls so much, appreciate it! (Also, everyone has to try the sauna out, you won’t regret it!!)

Sylvia has been so kind on boarding my membership. Her patience showing the studio in Bankstown and explaining all the classes the studio has was outstanding. Cannot wait to join her on her yoga classes! The house equipments are amazing and the studio is very organised and clean.

Warm and inviting experience when signing up for this gym. Facilities look great! Definitely recommend checking it out.

Great range of exercise machines, Friendly staff, toilets always clean.

Only thing I have a issue with is to keep fruit, milk, oats, coffee capsules always stocked as I'm sure women don't like asking when it is part of the joining initiative you offer free breakfast so let all the options be available and not run out.
