Very happy with my purchase of rod and reel. An above average looking dude named Michael went above and beyond to spool my new reel. Excellent service. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

Great experience at this BCF store, friendly staff who can actually answer questions and help you find what you're looking for. Not too busy either though there is minimal parking with only a few spots directly outside the shop.
They stock quality products, you can actually choose to get a cheap or expensive option I've found so depending on your budget range you can generally find a suitable option which the aotee actually has in stock on the shelves rather than most stores where it's sold out or you have to order it.

The products are good but the staff is second to none. They make their motto, 'if you are happy we are happy' a wonderful buying experience for us customers. Keep it up, James!

Can't speak highly enough of both Johnathan and Ryan. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ryan took the time to give me some advice around a particular Reel that I was after and Johnathon assisted in spooling my existing Reel with the Braid I bought from the store earlier that day... I walked away with a perfectly spooled Reel and with another purchase thanks to their expert advice! Their customer service is second to none, and it is for this reason that I'll be going back to this store for my fishing needs in the future. Great stuff guys.

The staff here are so friendly and respectful. Both times I've come here, the staff have always greeted me as soon as I walk in and open to spending 5 minutes with me, giving their advice on what fishing gear I should purchase. I think its extremely important to have staff that not only appreciate their job but are quite knowledgable about the contents of the store. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought a penn rod, black 6000 reel and line as per the teams expert advice and they even spooled up the line for me on their spooling machine.

you need to learn more about fishing and get some valuable tips, ask Sally. I had great time listening to fishing tips and hints by Sally. He kindly spends a lot of time helping customers , teaching them how to do from selecting gears, , to using lures, baits, locations, etc. Great guy, thanks
