Doctor memon and his staff are all absolutely beautiful and professional. I love that Dr. Memon does not muck around and his no nonsense policy when he explains things is something that has helped me to get through this journey and kept me focused. (Thankyou Doc)He doesn't sugar coat anything and will push you to get the most out of your experience. The staff are down to earth and make you feel totally comfortable and at ease. They are also very approachable . I would totally recommend him and his staff to anyone.

A great no nonsense professional. I have been seeing Prof. Memon for approximately 10yrs. He has performed diagnostic procedures as well as surgery for me. He will not rush surgery unless necessary and will perform any diagnostic test to ensure surgery is required. Very happy with results and outcomes and would not hesitate in recommending him.

My son started having some medical issues 6 months ago. He is only 13 so his issues were very uncommon to be seen in a child. We were referred to see Prof Memon. Prof Memon was very caring and talked to myself and my son in terms he would understand. Prof Memon had to perform a Gastroscopy which identified a serious problem which will result in further surgery at a later date and then also performed pH & Manometry procedure as well. We had 4 appointments with Professor Memon and also 2 appointments with the practice Nurse who was also a wealth of knowledge.

I would like to say it was an easy process from the time we made our initial consultation to the completion of the procedures that my son underwent. Professor Memon was amazing and could be contacted on his mobile if we needed him for any reason after my sons procedures. We also received calls from the practice nurse after each of my sons procedures to see how he was feeling.

The ladies at the front counter were very easy to deal with and were very flexible with booking us in for various appointments.

I would highly recommend Prof Memon and his staff to anyone who is in need of Bariatric or any general surgery procedure.

5 days ago, having an unavoidable problem from a procedure (not by Professor Memon), I was referred to Professor Memon as my surgeon was on holiday.
He took time out straight after surgery late in the day, sorted my problem and allayed my fears, and kept costs to an absolute minimum.
But the biggest surprise and a first for me, he phoned me today to make sure everything was OK.
Not only did I find Professor Memon extremely professional and tuned to my needs, his follow up made my day.

I got a lapband with Dr Memon in 2014 which helped me lose more than 74% of my excess body fat. During the whole process, Dr Memon and his team have been helpful, dedicated and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough.

One of the best surgeons ever after having more than my share of operations and other procedures with Dr Ash , he is a very lovely caring doctor with the best bedside manner. Dr Ash has always put my mind at ease and cares about his patients with follow up care as well. The staff are amazing and caring always so friendly and happy . Condescending with little motivational skills. Refers to dietician who advises, then is contradicted by Professor Memon.

The doctor claims to be ethical but where was his ethics when he charged me $250 for a pointless 5 minute consultation. If he's so ethical he should just state he only performs surgery for those with insurance.
