Obsession Shoes

I typically refrain from giving feedback, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this boutique, and unfortunately, both were faulty, not due to any fault of the business! I usually avoid returning items as I find it uncomfortable and confrontational, but I decided to do so.

The salesperson who assisted me was incredibly respectful, understanding, and professional. She provided me with an alternative solution at no extra cost, allowing me to keep the shoes that I really wanted in my collection without any hassle.

Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by, so I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I absolutely love this store and Janet is just incredible. She's such a beautiful florist but what impresses me most is that nothing is too much trouble and she bends over backwards to make sure that you get the flowers you want, delivered when you want. She has an amazing heart as well. And don't get me started on the choice of shoes, accessories etc etc . I can't speak more highly of this lady and her business.

This is a shoe store to die for!! Ladies, glorious shoe art in all colours and sizes, and I was given A1 customer service. I think I tried on half the shoes in the store!

Reluctant to spend money at the time of my initial visit, I obsessed over one pair for an entire week before I returned know that I just had to have them!

Obsession shoes are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. For work, or special occasion shoes, you'd have to search far and wide to get a better range.

Couldn't get what I wanted, because of my weird feet, but the owner was most helpful, and has the most amazing shoes, sandals, boots, bags, and accessories in stock, beautifully displayed....

I went in and asked for some Ox Blood boot polish for my Dockers and the lady took my number and a few days later she called me back and said she had the boot polish in the shop. Excellent service I say! Thank you

Unique shoes of great quality. Very welcoming atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Beautiful displays. Plenty of accessories and headwear.
