They are compassionate, professional , and great with communication.
I've recently had a horrible experience at Ipswich Hospital, and I called in, and the care over the phone made me calm. They were able to book me the next day. They said that they could call me or I can come in depending on my condition.
I attended my appointment and told them about my unusual pain, and I did have my appendix removed as the hospital thought it was that. Even though my appendix was fine. Then, the hospital made me feel crazy for me being in worse pain than before.
True really listened and did some extra bloods and scans to go the extra mile to get to the bottom of this.
I do highly recommend this place they really take care of you.

Highly recommend this clinic. The nurse , receptionist and doctor I spoke to were very kind and very knowledgeable. I did not feel judged at all. Perfect service. If I could give over 5 stars I would.

Everyone you meet here, from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses is so kind and compassionate. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and are very knowledgeable. They were so kind when I had my procedure and I would reccomend this clinic to anyone.

The staff made me feel so relaxed and respected. I had an IUD inserted and the procedure was fast and painless (I'd had it done previously elsewhere where it was excruciating). I went in dreading it and came out smiling. Can't recommend them enough.

A friend referred me to the clinic..What can I say From start of care to finish of care the team was exceptional the only downside would be only open Mon-Friday Saturday Morning clinic would of been Great 👍
