Hitman Pest Control

We could not be happier with all aspects of our protection service by Jamie from Hitman. The 12 month warranty including a free call out for any issues is an added bonus though we have been fortunate that any return of ants has happened so close to our annual renewal date that we have not had to use this. We have had excellent service from Hitman for over 10 years now.

Jamie Marshall attended yesterday, very professional and friendly service. Lots of dead or dying cockroaches this morning would highly recommend. We have used Hitman for our pest control for many years

Our 15th year using Hitman with various technicians coming to our house. This week we had Nihar and he did such a thorough job, very personable & passionate about his job. Excellent value for money - next year we will be requesting Nihar again (that's if he's willing to come back after the fright of finding a long python snake skin in our roof cavity)!

Had Matej come to our property to carry out full house pest treatment, rats and mice.
He was awesome. Very thorough and kept us informed with what he was doing, why and any precautions we needed to take. He also updated us with what to expect over the coming weeks and what action, if any to take.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matej to anyone and would welcome him back for future treatments.

Chris Samson from HITMAN arrived on time and explained the procedure exactly and professionally. Very thorough inspection and service. We were completely satisfied with the visit and would definitely recommend Chris to do the job.

Ben Alcock did a great job. He was thorough and informative. Making sure we understood what he was doing and ensuring our pest needs were met. Ben was polite and friendly, so rare in many tradespeople.

Matej came out to do a free re-spray today. He called first and advised he would arrive in 30 minutes, which was professional, plus he arrived on time. He was friendly and keen to spray any areas I mentioned. Good job Matej!

Nihar arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. He explained an issue he found and quoted to have it sorted.

The treatment was very thorough and well priced. Most professional treatment I’ve ever had done. He got in all the nooks and crannies and sprayed extensively.

This is only the second time I have used Hitman (previous supplier was ridiculously expensive) and have not been disappointed. Ben came to do the pest/inspection and was very thorough with the inside and outside of our property. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything he had done afterwards. Good value for money. As always our ‘Hitman’ Ben Alcock, did a great job. He is very knowledgeable about the creepy crawlies that invade SE QLD.
Within 24 hours we noticed some dead nasties.
Have been using the Hitman services for years and have had no reason to look elsewhere.
Service from phone to front door is excellent.

We had Jason Moody from Hitman Moody come and do our Termite check and pest control. He was very experienced, friendly and thorough. Plus gave great advice. Was also aware of us having a dog and made sure areas were dry before letting our dog there. Would highly recommend Jason for your next termite/pest control.

We have used Hitman for at least 17 years, and during that time have had the services of a few different technicians. All have done an excellent job, and the results have always been exceptional.
Our present Hitman, Chris Samson, completed this years treatment on the 20th Nov 23, and as always, was very helpful with advice and suggestions, and a very thorough treatment.
We are very happy with the Hitman service and will continue to use them in the future.
