Baby Bunting Loganholme

Honestly my favourite Baby Bunting location. It is very nicely presented and the staff are always available to help with queries, providing in-depth knowledge about products across the store.

In particular, I would like to send a major shout-out to Susan for going above and beyond with assistance on Sunday afternoon (07/04/24)!
My daughter had since outgrown her pram and we were looking for a more compact stroller option.
Susan presented the Baby Jogger City Tour and proceeded to demonstrate the practicality of it. She was also efficient in processing a price match on the product, saving us quite a bit of cash that we could use elsewhere in the store.

My wife and I were in store today and overwhelmed with all the options as this is our first baby. Connie calmed us down and explained everything to us perfectly from prams to baby seats to cots and beyond. She answered every question we had. Would highly recommend this store to anyone! After having been to 3 different baby bunting stores regarding the 3 baby seats in my car, I was about to give up. My kids heads would keep falling forward on long tiring trips. I happened to be on holiday in QLD recently and seen this baby bunting store. I thought what harm will it be in asking if there is anything that can be done about the car seats? The young man there was AMAZING! he adjusted all 3 seats. He knew exactly what each chair was capable of doing and knew they had the recliner option (when by previous stores I was told they did not). We have been driving around quite a bit since leaving this store and not once have my kids heads fallen forward. Thank you so much for helping us out. Your service is 100% and I look forward to returning to your store in the near future.

Had my capsule and car seat installed, the gentleman from the Castle Hill store was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all my questions. 10 out of 10 experience!

Had an excellent experience in this store. I reccomend them for baby needs. The staff were young but surprisingly knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I will go back to this store for baby gifts and products.

Came in with partner 27 weeks pregnant browsing car seats & capsules. The car seat safety installer Kirby was great help.

He listed the pros & cons of each seat & capsule: all features from top to bottom, install processes, suitability & parent favourites. He was able to answer every single question we had with a smile & enthusiasm.

Its nice to speak to someone with in-depth product knowledge and the customers’ best intentions in mind.
He made us feel comfortable shopping for such an important (and expensive) purchase.

The staff at Baby Bunting always make us feel welcome and are always delighted to see our baby Olivia. They help us with our purchases and know their stock. We find that shopping at Baby Bunting is a much better option than shopping online.

Stunning brand new store. The nursery furniture area is absolutely amazing. I found lots of different toys etc that I haven’t seen at other baby bunting stores. Shelves were well stocked. Staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Just wanted to share how lovely the staff were in Loganholme in particular Ryelily. Her knowledge of the products and her willingness to help, even going above and beyond searching things on the internet for us, and her positive attitude were extremely helpful and appreciated

Best layout I've seen in a Baby Bunting store! So much new stuff I haven't seen at the other stores either. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Lovely store that is super tidy and fresh and wonderful service from Mel and team (apologies didn’t see everyone’s names) on a price match - went out of their way to help and keep a customer happy and even gave my toddler a balloon to play with while we waited. Thankyou!
