Very good place Big Mall hyper Dom inside mall good place for children to play . Most beautiful shopping area available all brands of items . Mecdonald and other eatery available one can sit and enjoy food

I love this store, they get a lot of things, everything is organized, clean, except that they used to get high-heeled shoes there and they don't have them anymore. Otherwise I love it, you can also get beautiful, quality clothes on sale, the employees are super friendly.

5 stars only for the fact of the darling girl that works there known as Erika. She lights up my day every time I see her, even when she may not see me ;)

Here you get everything from clothes to electronic devices. the staff is helpful and friendly. the prices are very cheap and for every budget. The shop is located in the shopping mall and is very easy to reach with a wheelchair. Parking is in front of the shopping mall.

Came here looking for a specific item. I had been to another store and they informed me that i could find a few here. True enough, they had some. I bought them.

Overall the assistance I received was top quality. I really am happy with the service. The price was also very decent for what I was buying. Definitely will shop here again.

I would like to give to huge shout out to the lovely pretty lady with medium-long blond hair who was at the service desk today 14/11/22 at around 12:30-1pm. I asked her to write her name down but I’ve lost her name. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She really went above and beyond to help me and left me with a huge smile at the end. If this lady is not in management, she should be. She could teach any staff on how to really leave an outstanding impression of the store and brand. Thank you once again for your amazing work!

Friendly staff. Though it would be nice to see more people on the check outs rather than having so many self serve checkouts. Even of an early evening.

It was handy as it had a special rack of clothes outside. Picked up a tee for $5. Bargain. Then entering the store picked up underwear for $2 a pair. Can't complain about this. If you're on a budget it's handy to pick up the specials. Overall a bit further than I expected. With Woolworths across the way. Convenience.

There are always friendly staff at the entrance to greet and thank customers coming in and out. I prefer Big W now than Kmart. I find the shop is more organized and clean. 👍🏻👍🏻

Staff polite and helpful. They have the big dogs beds that have the large plush sides that my dogs love. Much cheaper than online. $32.

Clean, well laid out, friendly staff. Disappointed to see the party section supplies have been reduced, however.

Actually had to go elsewhere to find what I was looking for as a result of them having less party stuff available now, which was disappointing.

Some good sales, but why do clothes makers think kids above size 8 don't want character designs any more? Plenty of them definitely do so please supply character clothes for kids sizes 10-14 (at least!) as well. ☹

It's a Big W store like every other

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Store has a lot of variety and usually has pretty good toy sales on during the year. They have a garden section and large outdoors range and a party section too which is nice for themed parties. Kids clothes section has a lot of variety too and I always walk out with something for my son. This Big W is a nice large store and is always quite well presented and tidy, happy to continue shopping here.
