Love the attention we get when in the store.

Love the boots, to many to love actually.

Spent over an hour here trying on roughly 20 pairs of shoes and recieved excellent service from the new manager Vee. He was kind, helpful and spent time with me to make sure I left happy. Would highly recommend this store.

Great smiles from the sales people

Most of the shoes they have are defects. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and then returned because she got something similar as a gift, the shoes were never worn. Of course they don't refund, you just get a voucher you can use to buy something else. Well the first time I went back their POS stopped working, claiming it is the poor Internet connection, interestingly this was the only shop with Internet problems in the entire shopping center, so I couldn't use my voucher. Second time I went back this lady there told me that unfortunately she doesn't have my size of shoes (39) which is not a very uncommon size but anyway. Third time I went back, the same lady, I think she is one of the owners...she tried to give me only defective shoes or even used shoes...the sweat marks of someone's toes were visible on the shoes....terrible place...very dodgy. I finally got a pair of sandals for my daughter, with defects of course, but at least I got something and they ripped me off of 220$...too expensive and only poor quality shoes.

Be very careful before you purchase shoes from Footmaster.

Have tried to visit this store on multiple occasions and each time it has been closed despite listed as open. Either trading hours are incorrect, or they just aren’t opening when they say they are. Suggest ringing ahead..

Very poor form from this company and store. They are very lovely when you are purchasing shoes but should there be any issues then they could care less. The shoes I purchased fit fine, a tiny bit snug but was assured the leather would stretch. Tried them on for work the next day and did not fit at all. I tried to exchange them for a bigger pair but they didn't have any. I was told I could go elsewhere to try to exchange them for something in my size. No solutions given and apparently no manager attached to the store! Contacted the company online to try to resolve the issue and nothing! Shoes have gone to Vinnies. Do not waste your time or effort here. This place is 100% awful.

What a huge disappointment this store is. I paid for a pair of slip ons . The girl had trouble processing the payment. Then we arrive home to find she’s given us a box with one shoe in it.
To solve their problem I suggested my daughter pick up the shoes as she was visiting us on Russell island. And then she would on her return that same day take back the box containing the wrong shoe. This according to the owner ... not acceptable. Their mistake yet they weren’t willing to compromise. What - did they think we were going to keep one shoe - c’mon get real. When I asked to speak to the manager or could they ring me , the answer I got was they don’t work on a Saturday.
I am one very annoyed , disappointed customer who will never ever shop there again!!!!

Bad experience with the staff. Very rude, shouting, don't think she wants to be there, at this time of the year patients is very important, at the end of the day you will accounted for bad behavior.
