Eureka Street Furniture at Slacks Creek gave us such great service from the moment we stepped inside their store. Terri was attentive and answered all our questions. She was patient and gave us privacy to decide what we wanted. We were quite indecisive but she was nothing but friendly and professional. Terri explained and took us through the whole process from purchase to delivery. The delivery men were on time and they notified us before arriving. They were friendly, efficient and careful and placed our furniture where requested. Taking away the boxes the furniture came in. Highly recommend Eureka Slacks Creek quality furniture and their friendly staff.

The salesperson was friendly and very knowledgeable and we was not presumed or rushed in any way. The sales person on the phone was very polite and nothing was a problem. Friendly and helpful staff and great shop with lots of variety at the Slacks Creek store.
Fortunately the item I wanted was on sale and in stock which was great. Picked up item at the warehouse fully assembled and the staff there were also friendly and put item in car.

Great service! Made a purchase over the phone and they organised for the pick up from Acacia Ridge as that was closer to me.
The invoice had issues coming through via email but the staff were friendly and patient to resend the invoice 3 times until it came through.

The staff at Eureka street slacks Creek were wonderful they found the item I was looking for to match a existing Eureka street buffet and the price for solid Acacia was ridiculously fantastic, so well made and solid. The staff also rang to let me know when it was arriving and explained where the warehouse was. The staff at Acaia Ridge warehouse were great the two gentleman that bought the item out were so careful and courteous they used my blankets to wrap the table and placed it so it would not move while driving. A big thankyou! Always a great experience a Eureka street.

We have never purchased anything from Eureka Street Furniture before. We saw a lounge in the store we liked, the sales lady was lovely and arranged for delivery only a few days later. We are thrilled with it.
