Hyperdome Early Education Centre

My eldest has been going here for 3.5 years now and the centre has been great. I currently have 2 in the centre and the educators love and treat the kids like their own and are so kind and caring. They always great you like a friend. The new director is amazing and along with the wonderful educators have really made the centre a fun and enjoyable place for the whole family.

My two boys love this centre! They love their teachers and look forward to going to kindy.
Due to work my sons need care long hours four days a week and the mum guilt sometimes really sets in. It makes me feel so much better when I get constant updates every day and see photos of how happy they both are.
The main reason we chose this centre initially was because of the amazing outdoor area so much space to play and learn!
Not only do they participate in a range of fun and engaging activities at the centre they are constantly going on excursions outside of the centre which is always exciting and somethings to look forward to.
The centre also has extra curriculum activites such as happy feet and ginger sports which my eldest adores!
My eldest can be a fussy eater at home but loves the food at kindy and you can even order meals to bring home.
I could go on and on about how amazing and supportive this centre has been to our family.

Both of my children have attended this centre. My youngest who is currently attending is happy to leave me in the morning and always excited to see his teachers and friends. I love hearing about all of the activities they have been up to and he is always worn out after his busy day!

My daughter has been going to this centre since she was 8 months old and I have never been more then happy and comfortable with my child attending this centre. The educators are always caring and encouraging to my daughter and other children. The management team have always been kind and helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend this centre to everyone in the Logan area.

I have a 1 year old and a 7 year old who attend the Hyperdome Early Education Centre.

My 7 year old loves coming here every morning and afternoon for before and after school care. He is always happy and looked after well. The communication from his educators is fantastic and they are always very supportive. My son trusts his educators and feels at ease to approach them and talk to them and ask for help.

My 1 year old always has a very big smile on his face as soon as we walk through the doors. He is well looked after and when I provide instructions on certain things, they are always followed. The communication from his educators is fantastic. I am always kept up to date with what is happening by the daily email updates and via phone.

Kym, the Supervisor of the centre runs a very tight ship and it shows. She is amazing with how she ensures everyone and everything is running smoothly. She is very approachable and will always assist as much as she can. I have recently become a single mother and she has been a great support and very understanding of the upheaval my little family has had. I have experienced other centres and none of them compare to how great the Hyperdome Early Education Centre is

Being a first time mum, the thought of returning to work and leaving my precious bundle in the care of others was a daunting one. I knew it would take a lot to make me feel comfortable.

After inspecting several daycare Centre’s, we met with Kym to check the place out and were very impressed with how thorough Kym was and the high level of attention to detail, we decided to go with the Hyperdome Childcare.

Always greeted with a big smile from all the staff when we arrive, it’s easy to see they all genuinely enjoy their jobs and this shines through. Whilst my daughter has only been attending the Centre for a short while I can already see how comfortable she is in the room. The support from all the staff has made it a pretty smooth transition for both myself and my daughter settled into the ‘tweenies’ Room.

All the communications and updates on the app and email are fantastic and being kept up to date with what my daughter has been up to during the day are a really nice touch.

My husband and I are very happy with the decision we made to send our daughter here and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Being a first time Mum, I was apprehensive about my son starting childcare. I had decided to apply early to ensure that he had a place for when I returned to work and settled on Hyperdome Early Education Centre after a discussion with one of the staff at an information stand set up at the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. The childcare worker was extremely informative and I was very impressed about the activities undertaken with the children and the involvement of The Healthy Cooking Company providing healthy, organic meals to the children.

Fast forward 10 months and my son and I began ‘orientation’ at the centre where by for 4 weeks prior to commencement, we were able to come down to the centre for a few hours per week to sit in the Tweenies room, to meet the carers, participate in activities and meal times and ensure that my son could begin to feel comfortable at the centre. The carers were always happy to answer any question I had and would go out of their way to make both my son and I feel welcome. Carers would stop for a quick chat to introduce themselves, describing their role at the centre and answering any additional questions I may have had. The centre supervisor was exceptionally helpful in sorting out my son’s enrolment, talking me through administrative processes and orienting me with pick-up and drop-off procedures.

Now that I have returned to work, I feel confident in knowing that my son is well looked after. He has settled in with the other children and loves his days at the centre. The staff continue to be helpful and supportive and we are so glad that we chose Hyperdome Early Education Centre for something as important as his early childhood care.

After visiting 3 other child care centres and not feeling right about any of them I took to Google and found The Hyperdome Early Education Centre & Preschool. Kym so kindly squeezed a meeting at the last minute at a very busy time of her day as we were in a hurry to find a daycare that would accept our daughter after family daycare didn’t work out (long story). From the moment I stepped foot in the Centre I knew right away this was “the one” and my partner felt the same. Our daughter started there the very next week. Kym and Amy went out of their way to ensure all educators were aware of our daughters ‘episodes’ and placed the emergency plan agreed by us on a wall in every room. I had no doubt in my mind that she would be safe with educators all trained in First Aid and in good hands. Our daughter has been going to the Centre for 7 months now ( it feels like longer) and has developed beautiful relationships with her educators and friends and has grown in ways that wouldn’t have been possible without this AMAZING Centre! My Mum guilt is also put at ease by how much my daughter absolutely LOVES this place! I highly recommend HEEC&P & I am forever grateful to all the BEAUTIFUL people who work here for everything they have done & everything they continue to do for our daughter and our family, THANK YOU! My son has been attending Hyperdome Childcare Centre since he was 6 months old.

He is a child has special needs and the staff have been nothing but understanding and accommodating.

It's a wonderful feeling knowing I'm leaving my child in the care of such loving and nurturing educators.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided

We have been part of the Hyperdome family since 2013. Our daughter started here at 6 months old and went through until she started school this year. Our son started coming as a baby as well, he’s now 2 and a half.

The Educators are out of this world. The love and care they show my children is heart warming. The connections they have made with them will be always remembered. I still remember the first drop off all those years ago and feeling that first time mum anxiety, my mind was soon put to ease when they welcomed us with open arms.

We started coming to your centre in October 2016 on the recommendation of my sister. We are so happy that Cooper started out at your centre, it has had a wonderful impact on him. He is so happy, confident and has learnt so much. Your staff are amazing and have made Cooper feel at home, you should all be proud of the things you achieve on a daily basis. We are shattered to have to move him but feel it is the right decision for our family. However, should it not work out, we will definitely be back.

I have a 2.5 year old who attends 2 days a week, The stuff are lovely and go above and beyond.

Fabulous centre!! Would highly recommend for families. We have two children and they both love it here. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The centre is very clean and lots of stuff for the kids to do. We even get daily updates and photos of what they have been up to.

My 2.5 year old daughter has been going here for just over a year and we have had a fantastic experience. The educators are fiendly and knowledgable and the facilities are wonderful. They are very accomodating to my casual schedule and my daughter LOVES going there.

My grandkids go to the daycare. They are very happy there, happy with the staff and facilities and the playgrounds is amazing.

My son attended this centre for 6 months and in that time he had 4 different centre directors and 3 different sets of room teachers among other issues I had with my sons care before I’d had enough and left (I wish I had done so sooner)
Their communication isn’t great. My emails generally get ignored and not replied to.
I’ve just had to fight the centre for 6 weeks trying to get money back that was in credit and finally after contacting HO twice (and I’m assuming they have another new director by the email I finally received) my paperwork was sent to the necessary people and my money returned.
Hopefully they can figure out their staffing issues as the centre is beautiful with big rooms and outdoor areas.
