I would like to express my gratitude to the two lovely girls who helped me at your loganholme site! The store manager and assistant store manager in training more specifically. I was really struggling to put together an outfit for a birthday event and both girls went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful haha! They moved with urgency and made it a priority that my needs were met and I would leave with confidence. They created a caring and pleasant environment for me while still greeting each customer and multitasking to the max! I look forward to seeing these girls in the store again for a chat and styling advice! Thank you!!

I walked into glue ( hyperdome ) the other day and was welcomed by one of the store staff members named Alexis , she was very excited and happy to help when when picking out an outfit to wear this weekend . She got all my sizes and was there with me the whole time asking how I was going and if I needed any help would highly recommended going and asking for the young lady named Alexis .

Came into the store this morning and was very pleased with the service provided by the manager and two females working in the store! Very helpful and friendly to all customers. Great job!!

Nice products but unfortunately no one willing to help. Multiple staff on all having conversations amongst themselves, did a full lap of the store without being greeted once.

Not a great store and doesn’t compare to its counterparts in other areas. I have had the pleasure of visiting stores such as Chermside and Garden City and to my delight been treated fairly well. However at the Hyperdome store I am not received in good manner, not such as a hello and side eye glances from the staff when you touch the table items. Definitely better glue stores to visit or other businesses that sell the same products like Universal Store who give an overt amount of attention. One lady who gave an area manager or higher vibe (black hair and tattoos) was very rude to the staff as well made me feel uncomfortable as a customer I can’t imagine how I would go as a staff member there!

The worst Glue Store in Australia. I brought my husband to this store for a visit on Fri last week as we always go to the one in Paramatta Sydney.
There was no help from any staffs and one of the guy (not sure about his name but dark skin with glasses) was saying all these mean things about customers and staffs when we walk pass him and this is not professional at all.
