Came in to get a replacement frame for my daily glasses. Naima was kind and incredibly skilled at fitting. Previously at other OPSMs it'd taken over 10-20 adjustments to get the fit right, Naima has it exactly where I wanted in 3.

I was very happy with the service I received at OPSM Liverpool. They have the latest optical measuring instruments and the Optometrist (Patricia) was very thorough and quite knowledgeable. She took time to explain the results of the various tests that I had performed. Two thumbs up!

Staff(Naima) was very helpful and provided great assistance while choosing glasses and booking future appointments. My son was very anxious for his first eye check up but he was put at ease by Dr Jasmine. She was very thorough and answered all our queries in detail.

I have dealt with OPSM a number of times over the years and have always been happy with the service and care with my glasses. Whether it is whenever I drop in to get them adjusted or when I get an eye test and order a new set. I recommend the team there for their helpfulness and professionalism.

I often come to OPSM Liverpool, sometimes it’s very busy, but if I come on weekdays, it’s ok and I get served sooner. This time I was enquiring to update my frames, the lady who served me was extremely friendly and she answered all my questions, I wish I could afford to buy them, I will soon and will buy the frame I liked it. Great brands to chose from. I give overall 5 stars.

Today i had a very friendly professionally very thorough eye checkup. I was surprised with number of different aspects of eye checkups. I have expected only prescription for new glasses.
