Sales assistance provided great service and was knowledgeable regarding the desired retro game products I was interested and keen in purchasing. As usual there were astronomical electronics and assorted products available on sale. I didn’t know this but there are 2 JB HI-FI stores and and it’s only a couple stores away from each other which was accessible and easy to attend.
I am so happy with my game purchase and at an awesome value! Was good to see security at the door checking every customers QR check in and proof of vaccinations.

Today I got served the best service at JBHI Liverpool by Daniel, Erik and Terrance. They were helpful friendly and amazing. I had such a big problem concerning my phone and they were understanding and amazing they were wonderful with how they treated the situation but most importantly they were patient. The process was long but not once did they complain or make me feel bad. That’s what I call amazing customer service. Beautiful and classy. Amazing job guys definitely coming back again. 👍👍👍

First time at this store, picking up an online order.. I inadvertently went to the wrong place due to a misinformed email. The assistant who attended to me went above & beyond to assist because of the long wait time in the line. Well knowledgeable staff, friendly floor staff except one or two who just make you feel you are non-existent. Overall very satisfying experience including their price match options but I wish they beat the price too like officeworks, I was so close to buying an IPAD PRO with them as they'd match apples education deal but officeworks was able to match another competitors price and beat it by 5% so I saved $50. But I am getting the accessories from JB . Their online staff are very helpful and friendly too. Please stay this way

My friend Tina wanted a new phone and always shops at JB. So at 550pm with only 10 mins to store close, we arrived at the JB HIFI Liverpool store.
Lawra had a conversation with us, every single aspect of our interaction with Lawra was perfect. She was so helpful, professional, superb product knowledge. patient - despite it being closing time and by now the store was closed, she did not flinch or rush or hurry the sale. Patient and kind. Flawless execution of customers service promise. My friend bought the top of the range Samsung 5G, plus insurance plus OTTERBOX, and we will tell everyone we know about Lawra and JB Hifi.
We also must mention her back up, Gene. He kept a register open, processed the sale, engaged us with wonderful conversation, and more.

Ahmed the Sales Representative assisted me on the search for my specific search for wired Bluetooth headphones and a power bank .

JB HI FI Liverpool have exceeded expectations for their customer service. I had an out of warranty HP envey x360 laptop that have a battery issue. The store manager Lina, Aiden and Jake have handedly the matter in a very responsive way and they have went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I am so pleased to say that the outcome was exceeded expectations. I will always have JB HI FI as my first place for electronic shoping. Many thanks to JB HI FI team and their management.

Favourite Jb branch.bought my iPhone and jb plan from here and Jate was quite awesome , this guy sure loves what he does and brings this energy to his customers.
