Woolworths Liverpool

So I was in a hurry and the store was about to close, I came in looking for rain cloth that was showing availability in this store I stopped by and asked Loren for help at first she wasn’t sure if it was available in store, but then said I should wait for her to check in the system, I’m a retail specialist myself so I know how hard it is to work till closing time normally you are drained with little to no energy remaining, she helped me willingly and very nicely I was surprised because not many are nice but yea Loren has some exceptional behavior and a very nice and calm individual wish the management recognizes her contribution towards the organization.thank you Loren

I've bought a frozen lobster from there and eat it a couple of weeks late, but it tasted often fantastic Which I clearly did not expect after I let it thaw for a day and quite comparable to a fresh lobster I had at 5 star buffet I had in the city on my birthday which was very surprising because decades ago the lobsters looked small and anemic.

So I think it might be down to individual stores suppliers or Woolworths as a chain overall is getting better supplies? I don't know what the improvement is but it was so fantastic & the prices like ten dollars cheaper than the market an unreal bargain!

It was bright red nice size and even every leg had Tons of meat in it! We'll be buying more lobsters in the future from Liverpool Woolworths frozen.

Woolworths Liverpool has everything you need, they are covid compliant and the staff have excellent knowledge of goods and are approachable.

They stock all your usual pantry needs, fresh vegetables and fruits, seafood, bakery goods and there own deli. The items are all well stocked and will rarely be understocked.

The store is clean and well maintained and large enough for a crowd. All goods are stocked to ensure there is enough movement for everyone without causing incidents.

Covid compliant measures are social distancing measures, hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes for your trolley.

They have self checkout kiosks and serviced checkouts.

This is a shout out to a lovely Store Manager of this store named Larissa. She went beyond her duty after hours to deliver groceries to my mother who had just had a knee replacement and had been waiting for these groceries for 2 days.
Her English isn't very good so it was hard for her, also they could not find her address for delivery.
Lariassa took these groceries to my mother house & made a few trips up and down the elevators with a bunch of flowers 💐. God love her.

Great Service. Clean and tidy. Plenty of food items to choose from.

It is conveniently located on the second floor of Westfield Shopping Centre right next to Food court. Reasonable sized store with everything Woolworths have to offer. They have even put up a new section for Marketplace items where you can grab specials. Overall a good place to get all your everyday grocery.

Big store lots of extra things my local woolies don't stock

Very very busy. Went through self serve. The lady Tina was very nice and friendly and helped me. She was making me laugh at the machines mistakes. Great service and she is a very good lady at woolworths

Busy store. They had eveything I needed including a full dinner set of white corelle plates. Good special price. Check out was a bit confusing. I was standing in a line top be served by a staff member when I thought I was in line for self serve. The 2 lines seem to merge

As I was shopping yesterday I needed help finding an item I asked a worker who was stacking shelves. He motioned to me that he couldnt help because he had a hearing aid and I was also wearing a mask which made it even harder for him to understand what I wanted.
I tired using my hands and moving my fingers to signal what I wanted. You could see that he understood I needed gloves. He then showed me where they were.
He was a great help and I am so happy that Woolworths are hiring people for their ability to work hard. You're awesome.

This is a very good grocery store in the heart of Liverpool Westfield shopping centre. The shop is very clean with all the products very nicely arranged on the shelf.
Checkout are self service, fast lane and others checkout for heavy shoppers.
This shop has alot of parking available. The are normally school students so sometimes will meet staff who are friendly and few times not that much in customer service satisfaction.

Needs some improvements. Parking during peak times can be far from entrances. Traffic can lead to long delays at driveways. The shopping centre does have a variety of stores. It really is a one stop place to shop. It's not too big either. Very convenient.

Great customer service, was helped by a lovely young woman named Lauren, showed me everything I needed and even told me my hair looked nice. Will definitely be going back.

Good variety of Sympathy cards once I found them on the shelf. Maybe better labels of cards or separate birthday cards to all other cards. I prefer to shop at Woollies 👍🏼

Parked at Westfield carpark... Walked in and found my items easily and was out within 10min... That's due to almost most registers being open with staff and not just the self service machines... Thank God... Staff was nice and acknowledged me and packed my groceries... Will definately come back of they are going to have staff at registers like that... Fantastic to the manager... Never seen that for a long time...

Great shop, easy to move around, close by parking, and lovely staff.

top class service as expected from any Woolies chain. i left behind the pack of nappies on one of the checkouts other day. I went back but it was nowhere to be found. I talk to the customer service lady who then proceeded to talk to manager. The manager said just pick up the new one from the shelf and no questions asked.
I was buying a new one anyway but this act of the store manager made my day.
