Myer Liverpool

I needed a party dress and was amazed at the variety and quality they have at Myers. I ended up with a dress from Review. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The lady at Reviews ( Vanessa) was so helpful. I will definitely go back there. The only thing that I thought could be done better is cleaning the dust at the changing rooms. They were so dusty.

I have never had a problem shopping with a crowd at this place. The staff are helpful and mindful. I go here again and again to buy dinnerwares for my food photography. They have a wide variety of styles and offers sale prices whole year round in that department. You can get very classy plates, platters, saucers and bowls here. They have different sizes, shapes and the colour ranges from black, white to printed.

Had to arrange an outfit for my sons wedding and I got to say that Ihsan from men's formal wear was fantastic. He gave me a number of options and the end result was superb. His communication was outstanding and made the whole experience a pleasure. Great job and a big thank you.

Sometimes it has good bargains. So I pop in to see. You know you're getting authentic perfume and cologne when going there. Only place i buy them from because other places sell fakes and you don't realise until you get headaches from them. But from Myers I never get headaches when I buy them.

Floor staff was happy to show me where to find things but told me the price on website was incorrect and the item I was getting was not on special.

Then I got to the register and it was so it was a confusing experience

Best place to buy luxurious decorations item for your home and for your loves one. Such beautiful place and big space inside Myer. All staffs very friendly and nice people and helpful too. All stuffs here are on best deal with good discount during this Christmas. Everyone should visit Myer Liverpool which is located on ground floor inside Westfield. Good place to buy everything of your need. All t shirts and pants are really nice. Cool!!!!

Had come to the store to replace an item which had broken during home delivery. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing courteous staff who quickly replaced the item.

I will like to share my experience I had with an outstanding staff member . Her name is Sefika in the ladies department. I was shopping for a guest wedding dress and Sefika made my experience so easy. Her attention and care towards me the customer exceeded my expectations. The Customer service that was demonstrated by Sefika appears to have disappeared. Myers Liverpool you should be extremely proud of your staff member as Sefika is definitely an asset to ur store and branding . Sefika thank you kindly for demonstrating outstanding customer service and allowing me to engage in face to face in store shopping .

I ordered dior essence of light moisturiser online and was not happy at all with the delivery of packaging of product. It came opened and filthy on the top. Luckily the manager from dior at Liverpool (Van) was so helpful and sweet, she exchanged it to me and tried her best to not let me walk out upset. Thanks Van!

Multi floored Myer with many great products

Great quality products, excellent customer service, but there is not enough stuff on the floor. Waiting on the register for 30 minutes.

Girls in the shoe department are lovely, even when they're flat out busy.

Shopping at Myers has always been a tremendous experience. From Liverpool to Bankstown and even Roselands, the crews have been truly curious and always highly appreciative making me feel happy everytime.🥰

Always nice to walk around to shop and staff are always helpful if needed
