Best Store In Westfield | Best Store In Liverpool | Best Store In NSW

I spoke to Mr. Satsun on call today with an unusual request that needed a proactive individual to solve and he managed to provide me excellent service to organise the things I needed to get packed as a gift for a loved one. I am sure no other store in NSW would have helped me as much as he did and it took almost 3 hours to get the package ready after which the delivery partner failed to get the package delivered on time. Satsun managed to resolve that situation too and told me 'In the end what matters is that the Customer is Happy'.

He managed to put a smile on our faces which will last for a long time. He is a gem in your team and deserves a boost of bonus and raise.

I will recommend everyone to visit this store as they have employees like Satsun.
