Bianca was friendly, quick to assist, warm, knowledgeable and understanding of what we were looking for within our budget. We didn't feel pressure to buy as she was honest, and gave us time to think and look around. She also helped our 5 year old feel part of the process.
In the end we knew we'd bought the best product. Thank you.

My partner and I visited in store on Sunday and Bianca was our sales associate. She was absolutely incredible. She made us feel very comfortable and did not pressure us into any decision which made browsing a great experience without the pressure. Walking into Beds n Dreams I was greeted by Donald, who from the beginning to end, showcased what I was looking for. He heard my request, directed me to a number of options, and I walked away with an amazing deal which was so much more than just a mattress. A remote control base to go with, absolute dream for sure. Donald's patience, customer service, and professional knowledge of the products were excellent and I'll be recommending my family to visit him and the store for the great, same deal! I've had the best experience at Beds N Dreams. Tristan was super friendly and helpful while we tried out different option mattresses. We went back and forth between some of the options while he patiently waited for us to make the final call. We were quite pressed for time as we needed the mattress and base be delivered within a certain time, Tristan made it happen, he also managed to give us a great deal on the purchase. Job well done mate!

Myself & my partner Cameron we’re served by Mel at the Slacks creek store today, she served us a week ago and knew we had to go away & measure up the space in our new home.
