Everything you could ever need. I just happened to be passing, so I dropped in. Amazing, a pet shop on steroids, an unbelievable range of products. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Lola was impressed with the variety of treats, and we left with a nice assortment. It's definitely worth a visit.

The whole team here are absolutely FAB! They know me by name and are so friendly every day. Price matching my larger more expensive items is a God send.

Walked in, never been to this store before. Needed some dog kibble that cleans teeth. Was offered various alternatives based on price and popularity. Great customer service. Will certainly be back again.

Excellent! The range across all departments is spectacular, the customer service is top notch and all staff are well versed in many a range of problems or concerns you may have. If they aren't, they'll get you someone who is.

Excellent customer service. I rang ahead to check if the special diet my dog needed was in stock, they had 1 bag left and we're happy to keep it aside. Offered to help me carry it to the car, which I didn't need but was lovely to be asked.

Great place to take your dog to pick out their own treats and toys. Staff not pushy, did pop up on one occasion to see if I needed a hand fitting my dog for a harness, but by the time he asked I'd already been struggling with a fidgety kelpie for awhile 😆 I probably would've appreciated being offered some assistance a little earlier in my visit, but no big deal.

Although it can be a bit painful leaving the shop due to the road the staff and service is always amazing my dashie always willingly gets out of the car and struts her stuff inside to get her nails done and all the pats and face licks she can manage.

Always great service from staff. Willing to go that extra mile and carry stuff to your car or help with enquiries you may have. Highly recommend.
