Eureka Bistro

Place was quite old fashioned and the chairs were quite wobbly. However, our server was really nice. The food was great. Loved the garlic bread. Very family friendly with lots of dining space.

Amazing work! The pizzas were generously topped with fresh, flavourful ingredients and the base was delicious, crust was nice and chewy not soggy at all. Service was efficient and attentive, and all in all good value for money. Highly recommend!

Just in Ballarat for the one evening and we headed out for an evening meal. 5 adults, 2 infants, a double stroller and a mobility scooter.

We had decided on a restaurant but when we got there they were booked out. We looked across the road and saw the Eureka Bistro. It looked pleasant enough so we headed over rather than searching further.

What a serendipitous evening. We were ever so glad the first place couldn't seat us, as the Eureka was a truly epicurean delight.... from start to finish. The service was fabulous and authentic... right down to the pizza chef stopping to chat at the table while holding a giant ball of pizza dough aloft. The service staff were endlessly accommodating, courteous and efficient.

The food was next level. We enjoyed lasagne, 4 corners pizza, garlic prawns, and veal schnitzel... all seriously delicious.... the only thing left was a few chips. My grand daughter stole her uncle and my tomatoes from our salad, and the staff brought her her own little bowl of them, much to her delight.

The garlic prawns were matched perfectly with a lovely light reisling.

We then followed with home made boozy tiramisu (the stuff on top is ok for the kids... but not the boozy bottom layer), and the most incredible gelato i have ever encountered.

We then slowly rolled our very satisfied tummies back to our cars.

We definitely recommend Eureka Bistro and Pizzeria, and will return if ever back in town.

All staff service is very great ❤. Humble and nice Also food quality is best ✌🏻. Must try Tiramisu and Italian Pizza🍕.

Had the pleasure of taking my grandparents and uncle here to dine for the first time. Pasta and risotto were seasoned to perfection, my grandfathers steak was one of the best he has had in Ballarat thus far. Hats off to the chef for such an enjoyable and tasty meal.

Eureka Bistro has been a part of the Ballarat restaurant scene for many many years & has stood the test of time. It's well known for great pizza & pasta. It can get very busy, I recommend booking. 👌

Amazing food, very fast service, and fantastic, family-friendly atmosphere. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had and I felt very welcomed with my 11 month old, who loved the garlic bread!

Have eaten here a couple times now and gotta say the food is great! Staff were all very friendly and the prices are a steal. Even grabbed some ice cream on the way out and it was really good.

Pizza and pasta delicious, it was extremely busy, but the service was excellent. For how busy it was the meals were quick. Dine in or takeaway.

Amazing experience.
Flavorful pizzas especially the bbq chicken, which was loaded with toppings, and efficient, swift service given how busy and bustling the restaurant was and a nice family friendly atmosphere. Pancakes were light, fluffy and delicious with generous scoops of icecream and were the perfect finish to a delicious dinner.

We had the opportunity 2 have dinner @ the Eureka Pizza last night. we r from Melbourne & out friend from Maryborough. The service was impeccable...delightful happy staff all 2 willing 2 help and genuine friendliness was shown 2 us. our pizzas chips & schnitzel were very tasty and well presented. Food is always amazing best pizza and pasta in Ballarat, staff are always genuinely lovely and John the owner is an absolute gentleman. Couldn't recommend them enough do your self a favour and grab some of the scallop potatoes, and the blood orange gellato.

We recently travelled from Cranbourne to Ballarat and were not disappointed with our dinner tonight !!! The food was beyond 5 stars. We will definitely be back on multiple occasions.
