I found the experience and service at Harper Dental to be excellent. The staff are very welcoming, patient, thorough and professional. I have felt very comfortable every time I've been there and appreciate the options they give you when discussing treatment.

Highly recommend Harper Dental. I chose them for my adult son who has Down Syndrome and needed an amount of work to be done, and in the chair would've been impossible, so sleep dentistry it was. The patience are care on the day shown by all involved was amazing , and follow up second to none. Dr Steven Ting you are a star !

I have just begun my aligners journey and Dr. Ian Harper was a really good choice. He settled all my concerns about my teeth and gave great advice on how to best treat. Additionally, the service at the clinic was also great. The staff at the reception and those helping out with the procedure were all really kind and helpful.

Receptionist are fantastic with their service and the dental team are just brilliant. Excellent with their communication and making sure all things are going well through the procedures and recommend excellent advice and tips when needed.

I've been a loyal customer at HD for around 5-6 years. The receptionists are consistently friendly, engaging in conversations and genuinely getting to know clients. As a regular, they address you by name, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Ian, my orthodontist since the start, has been dedicated, friendly, and accommodating. Unlike other orthodontists who might discourage certain procedures, Ian and his team have willingly adjusted to my needs. For instance, they removed my braces temporarily for an event to boost my confidence and promptly reinstalled them afterward without any hassle.

Dr. Steven has also been fantastic with my little girl, who, at three, is still frightened to open her mouth to be examined, but Steven has always tried his best to encourage her by being fun and playful whilst in the exam rooms. We will keep trying 😅

Harper dental is an exceptional dental practice. We have always experienced friendly and professional customer service and impeccable dentistry from our dentist Steve. Steve always takes the time to discuss the treatment and takes genuine care of us. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Steven is an absolute legend ! He is highly experienced in all aspects of dentistry including invisilign. His expertise were extremely appreciated today as I had to pop in for an impromptu visit, which was not an issue for him at all and I couldn’t be happier with his service, knowledge, and understanding of the situation - he certainly put my mind at ease and fixed the problem.

Where to start, the receptionists are amazing! Very helpful very friendly and always willing to help especially when Ur in pain! The dentist are fantastic, I was terrified of the dentist chair but after coming to this dentist I happily sit in the chair with no problems! At one of my appointments I even started falling asleep in the dentist chair! Highly recommend this dentist, they have payment plans and everything

The team at Harper Dental are the most caring lovely people. As someone who is genuinely super anxious about visiting the dentist, they made me feel so reassured that I was in good hands. After months of Invisalign to straighten my teeth so that I could finally have porcelain veneers and the smile I have wanted all my adult life, I can’t thank Ian, Gina and the team of dental nurses enough. You guys rock!!!!

Absolutely brilliant team at Harper Dental! From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from the girls. You are always made to feel comfortable right up until you leave. My last appointment was unfortunately a tooth extraction which I was nervous/anxious prior to turning up. My dentist and nurse were so gentle and caring throughout the procedure and explained the whole process. Their follow up is outstanding, they really care. I cannot recommend Harper Dental enough.
