Woolworths Karalee

Staff here have always been helpful when needed.
I use the direct to boot, and I always select the option for no substitution. On the rear occasion, they will be out of stock of popular items, but it happens.
When they bring my order out, they are very helpful, loading it into the boot for me as I help.

It's always great to shop at Woolworths Karalee as it's so tidy & easy navigating the aisles as they don't have restocking trolleys laying around blocking areas etc.
Their fresh produce is plentiful & of good quality.
Their bakery was well stocked, you can always find what you want.
They have plenty of cashiers available so you don't have to wait in a queue!
Another factor I like is you can always get a small trolley when you want one. It's important for I have a bad back & can barely push a small trolley around.
All in all, it's a 5 star shop at Karalee.

This is not my local woolworths but I stopped in today and wow the staff are amazing. Don't get that kind of service and kindness anywhere anymore. Specifically the guy on self serve registers and the service desk, thank you for making my day! Kindness is free and y'all giving it out as it should be. Love that. Great staff.

Exceptionally nice staff and a very clean, well stocked store. Always accomodating.

Dear Woolworths Mangers, I have been coming into your store for several years. But I am most I am most impressed with one your staff members. Mark who mainly work in front of your store. Go beyond with his service. His attitude to every customer next to nothing. He warm greeting and how make every customer valued. Every time I get served by this gentleman. The way packs his bags and helps elderly there bags into trolley. What excellent customer service service he provides to every customer come through service lane. He offers helps customers find what looking for in your store by directing to aisle for there products are. Thank you Mark show pride and been great asset Woolworths.Hope Woolworths put you good training program. You make fine customers service manager one day. Know better take also matter up to Woolworths Headquarters too. To appreciate Mark service. In till next time Woolies. I denfily my woolies worth.

I would like to give a shout out to Yvonne who was in self service this morning. The fresh chickens which I purchased had leaked all over the bottom of my cooler bag. She wiped up the mess and then lined the bottom if the bag with paper towels. Top Stuff!

We had our first online order through Woolworths app and its been great. Delivery staff Jaimy and Milly both been helpful and communicative and although they were under alot of rush hour pressure they acted very professionally with everyone, will definitely shop online more regularly from this store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a minor medical emergency just before Christmas here. I was in far too much pain to remember much but what stood out was the care and help I had from the staff. Thank you to you all. Especially the gentleman who stayed beside me the whole time until my ambulance arrived.
Apart from that, the atmosphere is friendlier than the Coles next door so we have been loyal customers for that reason alone.

Good range, well planned out, easy to navigate to your items, and great checkout person. Our 'go to' in the Shopping Village. Not enough checkouts open and self serve was malfunctioning. I was made to feel like a criminal as the machine says 'unexpected item in bag' 'Wait for assistance'. I called for assistance; the person rummaged through my bag, checking the items against the readout. 'Don't know why it is doing that'.

Went to get cheaper petrol and a few groceries. Their bread rolls were delicious and the bacon I cooked upon returning home was great to with avocado. I liked the layout of the store and picked up something easy to cook for that night.

Mark was an excellent cashier! Friendly voice, professional but fun, great attitude. Very happy with the rest of the store aswell.

I love shopping at Karalee. It has all the shops you need for essentials. Great bakery, too. Good coffee places.
